| ![]() Pork chops with red eye gravy!YYYYYYUUUUUUMMMMMMMM I fry the pork chops until done. Take them out of the pan. Add coffee to the drippings and simmer/stir. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over mashed potatoes and the chops.

| ![]() I get my pork chops from Sam's Club and they're about 1" thick so taste may vary with different thicknesses. I marinate them in Greek vinaigrette dressing w/ feta cheese(Kraft brand) & a little lemon & pepper seasoning. Then grill them at 350... length of time depends on your taste. It's usually about 30 - 40 minutes but I tend to keep the meat off to the side of the fire. |
