Pork chops with red eye gravy!YYYYYYUUUUUUMMMMMMMM

I fry the pork chops until done. Take them out of the pan. Add coffee to the drippings and simmer/stir. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over mashed potatoes and the chops.
