| ![]() Wow, I have to say I think you are beautiful in any one of the three pictures. I've read some great advice here and I applaud you for seeking it. I agree with talking with a nutritionist and someone third party, either it be a doctor and/or a counselor. You are beautiful inside and out.

| ![]() I have done the diet pills before(a few years back), my weight has always been up and down..I'm now in my early 50's and although, I would like to lose about 50 lbs. I don't let it bother me like I used too..My hubby has never cared about my weight, and even now, says you're perfect the way you are..you need to eat..being anorexic can kill you..try to watch your calories, stay around 1500-2000 a day..just love yourself for who you are..may I ask how old you are? |

| ![]() I just saw the pictures(I hadn't gone through all the posts), you are very beautiful, but, yes, you do look too tiny, not healthy, and actually, the first picture, you looked much healthier..may I ask how tall you are? your ideal weight is 105 lbs for 5 feet, then 5 lbs for every inch over that.. |

| ![]() You were GORGEOUS before and you still are! Heck if I looked like you did in the first picture, I would be thrilled! You do look pretty tiny in the last picture. I think its great that you are so clearly able to see that some of your thinking is skewed and that you're reaching out for help.

| ![]() I think you are very pretty before and after. As I said in my PM, I would see a pyschiatrist. He may be able to give you some meds to help with your self image. There is nothing shameful in asking for help... in fact it's admirable. It's also admirable that you notice there is something wrong because a lot of people don't and starve themselves until they get really sick or worse. I would also visit a dietician so you can work with him/her on eating properly and maybe visit a personal trainer a couple times to work on some excercises to help you keep your weight to a healthy level and get some muscle tone.

| ![]() Thank you for all of the comments. I agree that if I would keep busy that may help too. I am 24, 5'4. My 4 year old just started pre-k and I pretty much just hang out with Tiff and wait to go pick him up from school. I did have a part time job that I liked but didn't have anyone to help me pick him up from school while I was at work. I do exercise every morning after I drop him off. Believe it or not, posting this has made me feel better. Its nice to be able to say it and have people understand. On another note, I would love for my husband to think that I look beautiful no matter what, but thats just not the case with him. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your encouragement. ![]()

| ![]() I went through something similar with my daughter recently. She got mono her junior year and then relapsed her senior year, which is when it all started. She was also dating a boy, who nice as he seemed, totally stressed her out. She moved out at the beginning of her senior year after turning 18 to live with him. She was completely stressed out although she'd deny it. She got herself to 90 some lbs. I was really worried. This past summer they broke up. She's gotten herself up to about 110 - 115lbs and looks beautiful. You can do this. You just need to find the peace within yourself and do what makes YOU happy. As much as you want to please your husband it's not about that. It's about pleasing yourself and being comfortable with who you are and not worrying what others think or say. You can do this. ![]() I did the reverse of you. My boyfriend (now ex) always had a thing about weight and working out. Although he didn't really push it on me he would make comments. It always made me feel bad about myself. I ended up putting on about 30 lbs. I didn't really do anything about it because I think in part because I wanted him to accept me for me. It bothered me that he didn't so I refused to do it for him. He broke up with me in March and now I am doing it for myself and I've lost about 20lbs. I'd like to look like you in your 2nd picture. ![]()

| ![]() Hi. I have always had body image issues. I am curently overweight. Weight I gained from having two kids. When I look back at pics of me before I had kids, I think , OMG I want to look like that again. Funny how when I was that size I thought I was disgusting looking. I also suffer from depression. When I went to my husband about it, he said "it's in your mind, if you want to be happy you can" I asked him to come to see a dr with me, he did. Now he understands about depression. MAKE YOUR HUSBAND GO WITH YOU TO SEE A PROFESSIONAL!!! It is VERY important to have his support through this!! Good luck sweetie!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | ![]() Kristi I am so sorry you are dealing with this alone. I have no experience with it but I do know you are a very beautiful (at any weight), kind and wonderful person. I hope you can get some help so you can be happy again and enjoy life. We are here for you too but you need to share this with a professional.
