I went through something similar with my daughter recently. She got mono her junior year and then relapsed her senior year, which is when it all started. She was also dating a boy, who nice as he seemed, totally stressed her out. She moved out at the beginning of her senior year after turning 18 to live with him. She was completely stressed out although she'd deny it. She got herself to 90 some lbs. I was really worried. This past summer they broke up. She's gotten herself up to about 110 - 115lbs and looks beautiful.
You can do this. You just need to find the peace within yourself and do what makes YOU happy. As much as you want to please your husband it's not about that. It's about pleasing yourself and being comfortable with who you are and not worrying what others think or say. You can do this.
I did the reverse of you. My boyfriend (now ex) always had a thing about weight and working out. Although he didn't really push it on me he would make comments. It always made me feel bad about myself. I ended up putting on about 30 lbs. I didn't really do anything about it because I think in part because I wanted him to accept me for me. It bothered me that he didn't so I refused to do it for him. He broke up with me in March and now I am doing it for myself and I've lost about 20lbs. I'd like to look like you in your 2nd picture.

You look great!!!!
