| Well I haven't yet decided on tonight's dinner but it's my turn to cook! Last night DH made roast beef & horseradish wraps (tortilla + sliced roast beef + cheese + shredded lettuce + creamy horseradish sauce) with a side of chicken pasta. The lettuce was bought already shredded and the chicken+pasta was the "pull out of the freezer and throw in the skillet for 10 mins" type. It took him about 15 mins to whip it all up and it was yummy!

| Something super simple. Chopped cooked chicken covered with soup mixed with s. cream, topped with boxed dressing, baked, and cooked green beans. Hubby's happy to at least get a meal that isn't fast food.

| Im with KathyinCali!! I agree! Whenever I feel like Im making yet another chicken dish, I switch it up COMPLETELY and make breakfast for dinner! I dont take the time really anymore to make big breakfasts, so when I feel like dumpin the chicken recipes for a night I do something like pancakes with fresh berries, or a "skillet mix" of turkey bacon or sausage, l/f cheeses, country potatoes, peppers, onions and sometimes a scrambled egg on top!!

| Here is what I do and it works wonderfully!! Sit down with some of your neglected cook books, pad and pen and then start looking over all the nice recipes. Pick 14 that you want to make. Be sure to jot down all the ingredients you will need. I guarantee your grocery bill will be a lot less for those two weeks. |
