I agree! Whenever I feel like Im making yet another chicken dish, I switch it up COMPLETELY and make breakfast for dinner! I dont take the time really anymore to make big breakfasts, so when I feel like dumpin the chicken recipes for a night I do something like pancakes with fresh berries, or a "skillet mix" of turkey bacon or sausage, l/f cheeses, country potatoes, peppers, onions and sometimes a scrambled egg on top!!
