| ![]() About 4 yrs. ago hubby and I got in a rut of eating the same ole things all the time. It got so bad that everyday of the week had a certain meal. I finally got tired of that and just started experimenting with the food. I guess its a good thing that my hubby and I aren't picky eaters! Because in my experimenting sometimes the food was gross and I would write it down so I don't try to fix that again. Here's a couple of my hubby's favorite dishes. Spaghetti, instead of using hamburger use sausage and pepperoni. I call this a Rotel Casserole. I seen this on some t.v. show, I don't remember what they called it. 1 cn of Rotel (Original or Mild or Spicy) 1 bx of Velveeta Shells and Cheese (boil noodles like you normally would) 1 lb. of Hamburger (brown & drain) Then mix all ingredients together in a pot and cook on top of stove until all ingredients are hot (for about 10 mins). Serve with Whole Kernel Corn and Tortilla Chips Those recipes are really good. ![]()

| ![]() I took a piece of frozen chicken breast out of the freezer, threw it on the George Foreman, about halfway through put some lemon pepper seasoning on it. Then threw a piece of frozen corn in a pot on the stove and microwaved some of that minute rice. Quick, easy dinner in under 15 mins.. but its one of those dinners I do at least a few times a month. |

1 can of Rotel Velveeta cheese (you can put in the box OR half... depending on your taste) lb hamburger and lb sausage. oh and CHIPS!! brown the hamburger and sausage... (you can also toss in some onion and garlic if you like) then toss in the cheese and Rotel. Its done when the cheese is melted. salt and pepper to taste. then you can put it over some chips and dinner is ready. You can also put some sour cream on top with some green onion. Its OOO so good for a lazy day ![]() Last edited by OLIVIA_KARHIS; 04-15-2008 at 04:47 PM.

| ![]() Oh gosh, I love to cook. I mean: I. Really. Love To. Cook. Tonight I was out late with The Boy Wonder and so it was simple; Grilled Steak( Brush w/evoo sprinkle with salt and fresh cracked pepper) sliced thin with a sprinkling of crumbled organic gorgonzola and on the side we had whole wheat tortelinis with pesto sauce. |

![]() ![]() I also cook twice as much of fam favs when I make them and freeze for lazy/busy days. Takes the same amount of effort really. I love to bake too and my waistline shows it. ![]() Last edited by AngelWorks; 04-16-2008 at 05:12 AM.
