About 4 yrs. ago hubby and I got in a rut of eating the same ole things all the time. It got so bad that everyday of the week had a certain meal. I finally got tired of that and just started experimenting with the food. I guess its a good thing that my hubby and I aren't picky eaters! Because in my experimenting sometimes the food was gross and I would write it down so I don't try to fix that again. Here's a couple of my hubby's favorite dishes.
Spaghetti, instead of using hamburger use sausage and pepperoni.
I call this a Rotel Casserole. I seen this on some t.v. show, I don't remember what they called it.
1 cn of Rotel (Original or Mild or Spicy)
1 bx of Velveeta Shells and Cheese (boil noodles like you normally would)
1 lb. of Hamburger (brown & drain)
Then mix all ingredients together in a pot and cook on top of stove until all ingredients are hot (for about 10 mins). Serve with Whole Kernel Corn and Tortilla Chips
Those recipes are really good.
