| Diamond studs? Does anyone wear diamond studs on a daily basis? Is there such a thing as "too big"? Are they worth the investment? Anyone ever regret spending the money on real diamonds studs instead of wearing cz? In order to keep me from looking at puppies all the time, I thought I'd start a little piggy bank for something else(says the person who's dead broke!) People who own yorkies tend to have good taste so I thought I'd ask.

| I am a HUGE diamond fan; so I don't think there are any too big, as long as they look good. I also might want to suggest Diamonique on QVC; my mom once bought a 2 carat ring from there; brought it to the jeweler and asked to have it cleaned...they had NO idea it was fake, and complimented her over and over. The ring only cost her 99.00

| OH yes, I had small diamond studs I wore in my 2nd holes daily, til I lost one. They were only 3/8th of a carat, they looked the perfect size for daily wear.... actually IMHO... diamond studs are perfect for ANYTHING! Jeans - Perfect! Evening gown - perfect! They just class up everything. Im going to buy another pair for myself if/when I ever sell my old wedding gown that I never wore! A little something nice for me for getting through my breakup with my ex-fiance! I was looking at 1/2 carat ones, princess cut in white gold or platinum.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | My answer would have to be yes, as I wear 4 diamond studs on a a daily basis. One set is 1/4 carat and the other is 1/2 carat, which is about as big as I would wear......anything more and you almost can't see the ear lobe. And, if you can afford it - go with real - I always say! Oh and btw, I've worn these diamond studs now, on and off for about 6-8 years and never lost one.........Knock on wood!!

| I wear 1/4 carat studs everyday, I'm small framed and they fit my size well plus they look good with gold hoops if I want to wear 2 pair for the day. I also have 1/2 carat and 1 carat studs but I don't wear them very often. I'm a huge diamond fan, but they have to be genuine...I wear them with jeans and for dressing up...diamonds go with everything now! |

| I have 1/2 ct. TW round that I wear frequently. I've had them almost 20 years now, never seem to go out of style.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I don't think you can go wrong with studs, really. Plus, most stores allow you to "trade up" - so each year, you could (lovingly) force hubby to up-trade your studs until you reach the size you like best (as if). For me, I must have a bit of a dangle - so, I have these circle diamond earrings instead of studs.

| Lost so many.... I've lost so many of one.....down the drain.....just lost while toweling off and never finding it.....and on and on.....I still have one pair of about 1/2 carat but keep them in my jewelry box, and now buy 2 pair of CZs at a time....so when I lose one I can still have a pair....... |
