My answer would have to be yes, as I wear 4 diamond studs on a a daily basis. One set is 1/4 carat and the other is 1/2 carat, which is about as big as I would wear......anything more and you almost can't see the ear lobe.
And, if you can afford it - go with real - I always say!
Oh and btw, I've worn these diamond studs now, on and off for about 6-8 years and never lost one.........Knock on wood!!
