I got a pair last year from hubby for xmas. They are a half a carat and I love them. I wear them in my second hole. If you want something extravagant then get some. If you want something that you can get the look and not the price the Diamonique stuff at QVC is good.
Personally I would wear either. I love jewlery in all shapes and forms.
