|  well,, after the news i just received,, and i've calmed down,, my thoughts turned to you and your troubles,, Please PLEASE be careful of ANY Meds at this time,, turn to friends, ,family,, pastor or priest,, helplines,, YT-ers, ANYTHING,, but take CARE of YOU!!! i just got word my niece attempted suicide yesterday,, with a brand new RX she'd gotten yesterday,,she discovered her husband cheating some time ago and "they were working it out",, til he walked out! leaving her with 2 young children and heartache, why I can't see,, but she is currently in treatment,, its a real mess,, so,, please,, PLEASE take care of YOU!! and keep us posted,, let us know you're OK!

| I'm so sorry that this happened to you  I will pray that you will have the strength to overcome this. You don't deserve that at all. Cheating is one thing I will never understand, can't people just be mature enough to end a relationship (or marriage) if they want someone else?

| I'm thankful that you feel that you can confide in YT members.  Many men are addicted to porn. It used to be that it was only through magazines but now it has become so easily accessible. Our daughter, when in HS, discovered that my husband had been watching X-rated movies on satellite. She went to all the TVs and put a ratings-code in. I cried for days, but I never told my dh what I knew. We're still married and will stay that way, but there is a little place in my heart that died with that knowledge. And a part of me doesn't trust him. Always wonder what he's been up too. If men only knew the damage they create by allowing themselves to become involved with porn. Once is all it takes---just like drugs.

Last year a church near us had a big conference called "Porn and Pancakes". It was helping men overcome addictions to it over breakfast I think. IF you want to work on your marraige, your church, or if you dont attend one, find a church, and they should be able to offer a lot of help. If you dont know of any, you can pm me where you live, and I can talk to my church and have them locate a good one for you in your area. Even if you dont want to work on your marraige, you still need to work on you. You are damaged by this, and you are going to need some counsilling too. Hugs to you, and try to stay strong.
