Boy, can I relate to that!! I did start taking Estroven and it has helped a lot. I am still hot, but not the severe swings I had before.

| Donating YT 30K Club Member | I feel your pain!!! Sometimes i just go stand outside when it is 20 degrees, it feels soooo good. I have had them for 4 years, my husband can't tolerate cold so he keeps the house at 78 degrees and sleeps in the den with a heeter on. I sleep in summer pjs and have a fan going all night. The doctor put me on antidepressents and they helped a lit with the severity of the flashes. Do they ever stop?

| Don't you love it when you are at work, waiting on a customer (male, of course) and one hits you? So, what does he do? He brings it to your attention, just in case you hadn't noticed your hot, beet red face, drenched clothes and the puddle of sweat you are now standing in! Happens to me way too many times.

| Yes, the sweating is the worst part about it! Especially here on the coast where it is so humid. Some days I have it dripping off my ear lobes!! How embarrassing!

| Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I'm 40, so not quite (yet) at hot flash stage - but I still suffer PMS - and I had tried EVERYthing. Anywho, I finally found this company called Oona - and I was like "fine, I'll try it" and it actually helped (I use their PMS 1 Formula). They also make a Menopause Formula that might be worth a shot: http://www.oonausa.com/ I know you don't eat meat - so I'm not sure how you'd feel about using HRT therapy and the whole horse/animal cruelty thing - so the Oona might be an alternative for you (and def. healthier too).
