Starting Master CLeanse Monday

I think i might try this, my only problem is i work in a pizza place, and god do i love food. But anyways, i could stand to lose about 40 pounds, yeah right though huh?

My mom did it and lost a ton of weight, she also worked out almost everyday. I like the lemonade, i think its good but then again i love spicy stuff so i love the cayenne pepper

i read a blog by someone who had done this and it sounds to me that it should be a cleanse done during a week or two that you do not have to go to work or really leave the house. some embarrassing moments might happen.

The Master Cleanse is so not good for you. Seriously. You're essentially starving yourself. It's not cleaning you out or getting rid of toxins. That's just what they tell you. Eat better and exercise, you'll lose weight. That's what I did and I've lost 20 pounds.

Luckily I don't have class until after 12 each day (with Thursday being the exception), so as long as I do it when I first wake up, I should be fine.

I'm super excited to be doing this again. I went a picked out at Shanes today as one last good meal before I start tomorrow.

Well I didn't start it monday b/c I came down with a cold, flu, something. Tuesday I could barely move or breathe and slept most of the day.

SO, now that I can semi-breathe again, I'm starting

I drank my senna tea tonight (its so yummy). Tomorrow I do the SWF in the morning

I made a chart w/ my weight for each day, how many times I've eliminated, how much exercise I do, etc.

I tried it but didn't even last one day because it made my stomache hurt so bad..I guess the acid or something? I don't know.

I asked my doctor, and of course, he said NEVER do that....people will drop weight, but it is a fast drop that is not good for you and can do a lot of internal damage (liver, stomach lining, etc) and the majority of the people gain all of that weight (plus more) back!

I then asked a nutrionalist (because I knew the doctor wouldn't approve) and she said no way....

Anyway, good luck and be careful!

My sister-in-law uses this one.. She recommends this one over the cleanser because she said it worked much better and she didnt have all the negative side effects.. I'll just post the link..

Please check with a Dr. before you take on such a drastic step. I almost did this, bought the little book and all, but when I finally ask my Dr. about this she told me it could actually cause major problems such as heart failure. All this does is give you major diarrhea and the weight you lose is only water weight. If you want to be healthy, DONT diet. Just change what you eat. If you would eat fresh veggies and fruits, stay away from sugar and starch except for a half baked potato once a week, (and baked fish once a week) your weight will just fall off. Of course you are going to need to exercise. Start with walks and increase them every week. Walk a little faster each week as well. You must have the will power to lose the extra weight, or you won't. Just walk around naked in front of a full length mirrow each morning and that will help you to stay on track and focused.
