Well I didn't start it monday b/c I came down with a cold, flu, something. Tuesday I could barely move or breathe and slept most of the day.
SO, now that I can semi-breathe again, I'm starting
I drank my senna tea tonight (its so yummy). Tomorrow I do the SWF in the morning
I made a chart w/ my weight for each day, how many times I've eliminated, how much exercise I do, etc.
