During the day all you are allowed to eat or drink is water or the Lemonade mixture which consist of water, juice of 1/2 a lemon, and 1/10 tsp of cayenne pepper. At night you can drink Smooth Moves Laxative tea. In the morning you do a salt water flush.

Please check with a Dr. before you take on such a drastic step. I almost did this, bought the little book and all, but when I finally ask my Dr. about this she told me it could actually cause major problems such as heart failure. All this does is give you major diarrhea and the weight you lose is only water weight. If you want to be healthy, DONT diet. Just change what you eat. If you would eat fresh veggies and fruits, stay away from sugar and starch except for a half baked potato once a week, (and baked fish once a week) your weight will just fall off. Of course you are going to need to exercise. Start with walks and increase them every week. Walk a little faster each week as well. You must have the will power to lose the extra weight, or you won't. Just walk around naked in front of a full length mirrow each morning and that will help you to stay on track and focused.
