| Aww I wish you did too! If I'm not going to be able to keep her (and right now, it just doesn't look like that is going to be possible I would love nothing more than for her to go to a YTer. She is STILL sleeping. I keep checking on her to make sure she is OK. She is just so tiny and fragile. God only knows what kind of a life she had. She seems so sad and withdrawn. I have two chis of my own and I know somewhere in her there has to be a spunky little chi personality. I think it is going to take a little while to bring it out.

| Another pic so ya'll can see how little she is. For size ref, the dark red part of that little bed is maybe 9 inches across at the widest part. The part she is laying on is probably around 6 inches. Its a tiny little cat bed I bought a while back. I haven't measured her yet, but I'd say she's around 6in long and 4 in high. Her FACE looks 12 - 14 weeks, but the rest of her just seems too tiny for that age.

| Well I THOUGHT I'd found her a new home. I ran into the mayor's wife and we were talking and I told her about Izzy-Belle. She said she might be interested in her and asked if she could see her. I thought, "Great! I know she will be spoiled rotten and they can definitely afford the vet bills, good food, etc." She saw her and seemed to fall in love instantly. She asked if she was full grown and I told her no that the lady said she was only 14 weeks old. I told her I didn't think she'd get to be more than 3 pounds IF she even made it past 2 1/2 lbs. Would ya'll believe she had the nerve to say to me, "Oh so she isn't going to stay this size? I don't think we'll take her then. I really want that isn't bigger than this."

| Bless you for doing that! Just an idea on the vet bills -- is there anyway you can call the Humane Society to see if they could do a reduced or free checkup on her? I'm wondering considering the circumstances if they would be able to help! Also, I'm sure a rescue could take her in and afford her vetting if she can't otherwise find an appropriate home. Seriously, you are such a good person for doing this. Many would have walked away and just left them to have god knows what happen. *big hugs* to you and if you need anything at all please feel free to pm me. I'll help anyway I can . Give that little baby big hugs from us!! |

| Graleyne how sweet of you hun... I bet if you think you wont be able to keep her you could find a home here on YT for her or over at Chi Talk I think That is a sister site She has a sweet lil face. And you are a great lady.. I know it would be hard to keep her with all your responsibilities right now but. Great if you can |

| I think I am leaning more toward hoping I can keep her. If I see that I just absolutely can't then I REALLY hope I can find a home with a YTer.

| Question - Do ya'll think it would be alright if I went ahead and gave her a bath? She smells REALLY bad. I thought I could take a little heater in the bathroom and bathe her and blow her dry. Maybe being clean and smelling better would perk her up a little bit. She just seems so withdrawn and sad. I know she is scared being away from her brothers and sisters and in a strange new place with a strange lady fussing over her. She just keeps that little tail tucked so tightly between her legs and it just breaks my heart.
