Oh, I am glad everything worked out! She sounds like a little firecracker! It's so good to hear that she's getting some spunk in her!

Me too! She is still quiet and shy, but I think that is just her personality.

She wasn't really playing earlier, but she had a toy and was chewing away on it. It was cute though because she actually came up and took the toy from me and then got in her bed with it.

I was able to get a good measurement too. Her length is actually 8 inches! Well, actually it was 7.5, but she was real wiggly so I added an extra 1/2 inch just in case. lol

Fourth, SHE GIVES KISSES! Omg her tongue is so tiny and she gives the sweetest, gentlest little kisses ever.

This is the best part....we have decided to keep her! Mike and I talked about it, and things will be a lot better for us financially starting January. We SHOULD be able to swing the extra vet bills, etc. with little to no problems. If I see there is just no way, then I will rehome her (hopefully to a YTer).

She is just a little angel. She slept right up against me all night. She slept with her butt on my pillow and her body across my neck. I slept on the cold, hard floor. No matter how many blankets you put down on a hardwood floor, it is still hard.

Oh, another thing she has just started doing today - she follows me everywhere. I still won't let her out of the room or around the other furbutts, but while I am in here she is right on my heels.

I called the vet and they are going to see her tomorrow morning. I explained the situation and they aren't going to charge me an office visit. For just a little wellcheck and to make sure there isn't anything she can pass to the furkids, they are only charging me $40. I *think* the lady said something about that including a set of shots too. I am not positive about that though. I hope so! It would definitely be nice!

What wonderful news!! I am so glad she is doing better, I have been thinking about her since I last posted. Well lets just keep our finger crossed and hope the vet gives her a thumbs up! We will be praying for your family and your new baby!! Again, you are so wonderful for all that you are doing. We will be watching to see your next update. And give your lil muffin some licks from Parker boy!!!

No, I haven't heard anything about them. I called the animal shelter and they didn't have them. I am HOPING that the manager and his friend at the humane society just took them home with them. I don't know (and doubt) that is the case, but its what I'm hoping anyway.

Today is vet day. We are leaving in about 30 minutes. I hope everything is good. Wish us luck!

I have a question about shots. We have no way of knowing if she has ever had shots before. I'm ASSUMING she has not. But in the slim chance that she has, and they want to give her more today, would that hurt her?

I found a sweater that almost fits her too. It belonged to my Annie-Belle (RIP). It is a size XXS I think, its only a little bit too big.

Excuse my hand in the pics. Everytime I'd call her trying to get her to look at the camera, she'd come running to me. lol
