Donating YT 7000 Club Member | You are an angel! What a precious little girl she is. Who could do that!? That's wonderful that everyone worked together and got that lady taken care of. Best of luck with her!

| Her hair definitely thick and more like wire. Her coat itself is not thick, but each individual hair seems like it is. Its hard to explain. I really wish ya'll could all just hold her. She truly feels like you are holding nothing. She is sleeping again. She has thrown up a few times. I'm hoping its just a combo of nerves and different food. I was in such a hurry to get her and run and report the lady I didn't think to ask her what kind of food she was feeding. From the looks of things (and I judging solely on appearance and my assessment of the situation, I COULD be wrong - I doubt I am, but I COULD be), she was probably feeding them Ol' Roy or whatever the cheapest she could get is. I am just so used to my babies being so happy and jumping up and down and playing, it just breaks my heart to see her be so very sad. I think some of it might just be her personality (the shy, quiet type), but I know a lot of it is probably do to her rough life too.

| The Poopanut can't figure out why mommy keeps going into a room and she can't go. She KNOWS something is in there, she just isn't sure what it is and doesn't understand why I won't let her in to see. After I hold Izzy-Belle I wash my hands and use hand sanitizer before I touch any of my babies. So they all know something is up, they just can't figure out what. Here is a pic of how she's been sleeping since I took the last pics.

| I have Harley and Josephine. Harley is my blue/tan handsome man. Josephine is what happens when you mix a short and long haired chihuahua - you get a mess. Here is pic of Harley. I'll have to flip through and find one of Josephine.

| The more I keep looking at her left eye, the more it DOES seem swollen. It isn't runny or have anything yucky in it. It looks clear and normal other than being just a little what looks likes a little swelling underneath.

| Poor baby... You should probably take her into the vet, just to make sure her eye is ok, and that she doesn't have any other illness. I like the other poster's idea about talking to a local rescue league-they may give you a free or discounted exam for her. It's worth a shot!

| More pictures. I got some of her standing up and eating. I made her some chicken and rice. I only gave her about a tablespoon. She ate it all, but didn't inhale it this time. I'm hoping it will stay on her tummy. In the last picture she was going tinkle - in her bed. Then she laid down in it. She did it once before, I cleaned it up and put the towel on it. Then when she did it this time, I noticed another spot where she had tinkled. I didn't think dogs would go potty in their bed? She is only going tinkle in it. She went to the other side of the room to go poo poo. Anyway, here are some pics where you can see her whole body and you can see how she keeps everything tucked in.

| I am going to take her to the vet as soon as I can. Of all the weeks for me to find her it had to be on one of my busiest ones. My daughter's pre-op is tomorrow, then her surgery is on Thursday. I have company coming in on Wednesday. I am going to do my best to get her in on Tuesday.
