Jaxon and I were waiting for the race schedule & the 20th & 21st is a very big race right outside of KC. It is in Grain Valley,MO and we will be unable to make it to the meet-up......We are close though, so maybe we can come to the early Sat. stuff. Kay

That being said, that there is a big race, I think those who haven't yet registered, and gotten a room, better DO SO soon!! People will be looking for a place to stay, and if the rooms aren't filling up fast enough for us, I'd be afraid that the hotel will want to release that inventory to people coming out for the race.

Come on YT'ers! Hurry up and register!!

Right..even if you aren't sure you'll be able to come yet but are thinking about it, you should go ahead an book a hotel room. You can always cancel it up to I think 24 hours before without any consequences. So go ahead and get your room booked so you're guaranteed a room in case you decide to go. You can always pay the actual registration fee later.

Well just to let you all know...I made a reservation for Friday, Sat and Sun but I also booked my flight and hotel together and paid for that so eventually I will cancel the reservation I made directly with the hotel but thought I should hold it until the end in case anyone needs a room later so if someone needs it I could just change the name on the reservation.

that's fantastic! I just booked our fights the other day (Continental), already paid registration..now all I need is a room.

I'm plannin on calling this weekend.

WOW, that sounds like SO much fun!!!! If I didn't have Bamboozle in May, Hilton Head in April, Warped Tour Dates this summer, and Sarasota in June/August I would be all about coming!!! I hope you all have so much fun!!!!!

Hi is there a reg. fee for a 4 year old? I am thinking of driving from BR Louisiana....my daughter LOVES road trips and I would have to bring her w/me.

Unfortunately, the registration fee is really only covering the food expense (with about $2 going toward the meeting space), so if your little one is going to eat anything, I'm afraid she would also require a registration fee. If you'd be fine just letting her eat off your plate, I would think we could forgo the fee, but I'd have to contact the hotel to see what their policies are on that. Since it's a buffet, they may require each person eating to have their own plate. I could just not mention your daughter to the hotel, but then you'd have to put her on your lap at dinner (assuming you are thinking of attending dinner), as they won't have a space set up for her. If you'd like me to find out about that for you from the hotel, let me know.

If you look on the website, they say kids eat free. But I would call just to make sure.

Hey, I am just kicking the idea around at this point.....just to do something different you know. It's a 13 hour drive, I have done those plenty of times so not too worried about the drive....I was thinking is I did come I would take her out to dinner out of the hotel...you know how picky 4 year olds can be. So if we come she would just basically be in the room and other functions w/me.

Is there room yet? I've just mentioned it to my hubby.....he didn't say No right away...he just laughed....(he thinks I am nuts) If it were just him and I that would be no problem but I have a 12 and 13 year old and its an expense issue....I will have to put a little more pressure on him...but first I think I will wait a couple of days to let him ponder for a while.....So how much room is left?????

I don't know how much room is left, but I know there's plenty! I think we were thinking we'd have at least 100 members there-and I know we only have something like 20-so please join us! It will be great!
