| Just seeing how he is doing! You will have to resize the pic before you can upload it to Yt. On a regular computer, you can use windows paint... I've never resized one on my iPad, so I'm not sure there....

| So far we are doing good, I am still doing bottle & have introduced royal canin baby food. He turned 4 weeks old Thursday. His sucking is very strong & I have noticed he does nurse Gracie as well. He pees & poos. On his own now. He weighs 7.5 oz I still feed him the goats milk, puppy milk, yogurt ,karo, puppy vitamin & mix a little baby puppy food in bottle. He has not lost weight but does not seem to gain as fast as adopted sister. She is at 22 oz. he walks around good even though he is short. They are still next to my bed so I can keep eyes & ears on them. I still keep heating pad in bed since he is so small & I cover bed up with blanket to keep drafts off of them. Not sure but am guessing he will be tiny baby. I feel I am doing every thing right. The mommy is 4/12 pounds & daddy is like 3 pounds depends on how much he eats that day so not sure how big he will get. I will take mommy & babies to vet next week for check up & get babies there shots & worm meds if he does that this early. |

| I use to just read posts then for a while I was off line then had trouble getting back on Once I got back on I read your story about this puppy I am not a breeder I have 2 Yorkies they are my first, I think it sounds like things are getting a little better I just want to say that when you take the for a vet check I would NOT let them give anything to the little one for he does not weigh enough for his little body to fight chemicals I hope all goes well would love to see pictures Im sure it has been very scary hang in there

| 2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | I just cant imagine being in your situation. I would be so scared that I would do something wrong of that possibly that I would be able to do enough for him. Im glad that he is doing better and is getting along on his own but doubtful that he in out of the woods yet. He's still so very tiny. I hope and pray that he continues to do well. I was wondering if you had though about getting one of your two little ones spayed or neutered after going though this experience? Do you have any photos of this little miracle baby yet ?

I hope there is no underlying issue, especially with all the time and effort you have put in. I bet you are soooo attached by now. Will you be keeping him? Have the drs listened to his heart and make sure his heart is healthy? I know we had a litter of jack russells a couple years ago in the clinic, and all the puppies were huge except one tiny female, who despite eating normally just wasnt getting much bigger, and it turned out she had a heart problem. I sure wish you would post a picture | |

| The last time I was at vet they said they could not check heart beat cause at this age they were like humming birds ???? I don't know that is what he said to me. And on getting my girls fixed yes ma'am. I got Gracie fixed & I have another female who is only 3/12 pounds & she will be fixed I don't want no more drama & I feel she is way to small to breed. I know y'all will be upset with me for saying this but I did not breed to sale. I am not a breeder by no means. I just wanted babies from my little girls to keep there legacy alive. They are both so cute & sweet. I am sorry. I hope no one gets angry at me. I have read post before where they really get ugly with people. I just love my dogs very much and had no trouble in the past I had a litter 3 yrs ago and nothing went wrong with mommy or babies & have great homes with family members. And miss Gracie had a litter 5 yrs ago with C section and had 3 healthy babies & my vet back in ft worth said she and babies are great. & that she would be fine to have litter naturally. And my male is much smaller. I have gotten very attached to both babies. And will not give them up. I hope the baby boy has no problems. It would break my heart to loose him. He is such a sweet baby, I rock him in a baby blankie and kiss him. He knows my voice & face now. He weighed 7.4 this morning & 7.9 at 11:00 pm tonight. He is also sucking mom more often and when I did feed him it was almost every 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Just in the last 2 or 3 days have I slowed down to every 4 hours or so. His tummy gets so full I am worried to feed him too much.. And yes I have been so scared & stressed over him. I do not have a clue what I am doing & am terrified I will make a mistake. So when should I let the vet give them shots. The baby girl is 21 oz & was born dec 22 she is 5 weeks old as of this last sat. & he was born dec 27 & is 4 weeks 5 days & 7.9 oz. what about worm meds. I don't want them to do any thing to my babies either. I will take pics again. Since he has grown a little but I would love to show him off. I will try again to post them. I had trouble last time. I will get pics of baby girl. She is a toot now. She growls & try's to play. Bites mommy s ears & nose. & poor Gracie just lays there. She rolls over and bites her own feet. I can't wait till baby boy starts to play. Thank you ladies agin for all your help. And please don't be upset with me. |
