Sounds like you are doing what should be done...stay the course....I do think it is too early to start shots, esp on that tiny tiny baby....How often are you bottle feeding the baby? How much does he take per feeding? He may not be getting enough calories for the day and you need to increase his bottle feedings to up his calories....Youcant tell if he is so tiny because he just is, or if it is because he is stunted because he isnt gettng the calories he needs to grow.
