| I had a bad experience w/a ferret when I was younger and ever since I've always had a phobia of them.. I do think they're really cute, I just can't be near them. There was a girl at the pet store buying one this weekend and she walked a little too close to me w/it and I seriously had to leave, lol. |

| Ferrets are not allowed to be sold here in CA. I think they are so adorable. Do you have any problems with them peeing or pooping in the house, or do they know to always use their litter box? I love seeing dogs play so nice with a different spieces. I think if the Ferret found a hole to go down in, the Yorkies prey drive would kick in and he would be digging like crazy to get at it. |

Depends.....yes they know to go in litter box like a cat, but they tend to start playing and wait too long (like a 3 yr old lol) and will go outside the box. If you are watching them tho...they walk backwards with tail straight up in the air like a skunk before they go. I had heard they are Illegal in CA which is so silly. From what I read it's due to rabies???? Ummm HELLO Vaccinations! Mine got shots just like a cat or dog until I read that more ferrets die from reaction to vaccine rather than Rabies themselves! And Paris Hilton lives in LA, which is in CA, and she has a couple ferrets Ive seen her with them on the red carpet....How does she get away with it?? Makes me mad She gets away with everything! grrrrr
