| Q's about lil Bebhinn! Ok, Bebhinn-Kii has reached 9 weeks of age. a very spirited young doggy, she is. fiesty as ever, has all her little teeth now, and she loves to use them..now ok, i have a few quick questions.. ok, first, she is barely 9 weeks, and ok, she usually likes to bite at my slippers when i have them on [theyre fuzzy and stuff] and today, i was just moving my foot around, letting her play, as i was talking on the phone, and i looked down and to my surprise, she was humping my slipper! and i mean, humping it! i know girl doggies do that and all, but jeez-la-weez she is so young for that kind of thing, or so i thought! dirty little girl. Also, when should i trim her nails? i dread having to do that, but i know its gotta happen sooner or later. oh and one more thing, when do i stop giving her nutri-cal? i was just curious on how long i had to feed her that? well, thank you, kind ladies. and i hope you and your yorks have been doing fine, do take care, and answers to my Q's are much appreciated!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Females will hump too. I have the vet or groomer do the nails I am too afraid to. Nutrical should be given if the puppy is tiny and not eating good.

| My husband and I trim our furbabies' nails ourselves. It's not bad at all. Actually, we prefer to do all the grooming ourselves too. With all the horror stories that we've heard, we just don't trust anyone else with our babies. But seriously, trimming the nails is not a big deal, just clip a little at a time, and keep quik stop just in case. The humping, we don't have to deal with that anymore, thank goodness. Sometimes they need the nutrical when they're not eating enough small meals per day and to prevent hypoglycemia, but you don't want to give too much either. Believe me from first hand experience, it's much easier to prevent hypoglycemia than trying to get a dog to recover from a hypoglycemic episode. At least that was the case with Miko. Good luck!!
