| I didnt do anything that professional. lol. I just folded over the edges and sewed them down. What exactly is bias tape? Also, does anyone know how to do those fancy edges?

| Hi Bias tape comes in a package in a variety of colours, you can buy it in any fabric shop and probably Wall Mart. It has a double fold, and the fabric just goes in between, and you sew it down. it is a way of finishing edges. It also can be a little tricky to use. It may be a little heavy for the type of fabric in the outfit, and I think what you have done sounds fine, probably the best way. I have another question. It has been a long time since I've looked in baby department, so this may sound stupid but what are the outfits called? Are they like sleepers or rompers? Cause I want to try this, and it helps to know what I am looking for. lol Thanks Janice |

| Yep, I just used onsies. I imagine you could also use infant or premie sized baby shirts.. I just used the onesies because they were on sale.

| Hey there! My boys sleep in a onezie every night. I haven't thought about cutting them though. That's a great idea...I can do that with them when they get to short for them to sleep in. Here's some cute pictures of my boys with their onezies on and ready for bed. Bernie's tail is hiding, but it usually sticks up through the leg opening. They are so used to putting their pajamas on at night they actually put their head in and stick their paws where they go!

| Thanks everyone for your wonderful comments! I made another trip to walmart again today and bought a few more onesies and joggers. (The joggers came in a pair of 2 for $3.... can't beat $1.50/shirt )I want to get some more joggers, because they let me leave the shirt longer on the back than the onesies. I'll take pictures & post them tomorrow I made 4 of them today and just have one left to make tomorrow. Also, good luck to those of you who PMed me that you are trying this. Can't wait to see pics of your furbabies in your creations!
