| Angel I am so sorry for your loss. See if there is a church in your town that has a Christian Counselor. You need to talk to someone in addition to your anti-depressants. Keep in mind that they take a little while to work so don't stop taking them. Hang in there....but, do seek someone besides hubby to talk to.....there are wonderful people that can help you get thru this. Best wishes.... |

| Oh Angel, please know that my heart aches for you. Lily will always be your baby girl, she is not far, she is in your heart and memories. Please talk with someone, and consider getting another little fur baby. Time is a healer and it will get better, I understand I have been there before and I know that many on YT have too. Take care of yourself and let us know how you are doing. |

| Angel I am so relieved that you are seeking your pastor for help in coping. You sound like there are other issues that you need to work thru.....unfortunately Lilly kinda helped you deal with other life issues. But, you know what.......with help you can get thru this.......I like a Christian Counselor.....for one thing.....they dont cost much or anything for repeated visits.......I know I used one after my first divorce....and I was broke....and second, but more important to help you work thru issues is your faith. You are in my prayers......you can work thru this......get out that bible and start reading.....and see your pastor as much as he/she will see you. Make sure you talk about more than just Lilly. My heart aches for you......but, we are all pulling for you..... |

| I am so sorry not only that you lost your little Lily, but the way it happened. I used to work at a Pastoral Counseling Center. It was part of the Samaritin Institute. They are all over the country. You need to see a grief counselor. You are letting your pain take over. I know we had many people come in after the loss of a beloved pet. It is no different than the loss of a human family member once that bond has been made. They are mostly ministers, but only provide faith-based counseling if you prefer it. Their fees are income based. Please, seek help. If you want, I can find the closest one to you, if you let me know where you live. Your pastor can help, too. I saw too many people who had let grief take over their life to the point that they couldn't even function in normal life. Please don't let that happen to you. God bless you, be strong and let me know if I can help. Sandy

| Angel, Many, many prayers for you right now. I just wish I could reach through this screen and give you a great big hug! I know how you feel, like nothing else matters anymore. When my beloved Katied died, she truly was my first "baby", had her in my life 2 years before my first human baby. She slept with me and hubby, went just about everywhere with us. When she died, she took a huge part of me with her. I, like you, was depressed, didn't want to eat, nothing else mattered to me and the last thing on this earth I wanted was another furbaby! I felt that was a disgrace to Katie's memory and I just didn't want to love another the way I loved her. But finally the time came and I desperately wanted another in my life - thus Gabby came along and although I love her with all my heart, it is a different love than what I had with Katie. As others have said, you need to find someone to talk to - your pastor, a church member, someone that can help you during this difficult time. And when the time is right, you'll open your heart to the idea of another furbaby who you will love and pamper and spoil just as you did with Lily! May God bless you and watch over you during this time!

| I'm so sorry.... I am so sorry for your loss. I totally understand what you are going through. I got my first yorkie, Bentley back in March of this year. He went to rainbow bridge on May 28th. He was only with me for 2 months, but losing him tore my heart out. At the time, I had just lost my father too and Bentley was helping me to cope. I didn't know where to turn. My world was shattered. I always wanted a yorkie baby and I finally had one....only to be taken from me so quickly. Thanks to a very special lady, I was able to get another yorkie to help ease the pain. Spencer can never replace Bentley, but he sure made the pain easier to bear. I hope that you can get another furbaby really soon....it will help. I wish I could just give you a big hug. I know how much you're hurting. May God Bless you during this difficult time.
