I am sure one of your kids or a child you have known has bitten or had a bitting problem before. We do not put children down...we teach them better, by all means necessary! I would do the same for my Yorkies as I regard them as an equal part of our family. Like I read earlier on here, pets are not disposable But I also smell a troll...but I just had to comment, sorry

| Not to sound rude, but honestly to me, she seemed like she didn't want to take out the extra time to try to get him to a rescue place. That makes me really sad. |

| Ditto... I'm slightly concerned. I have so much time on my hands, I wish I could take him... I'd fix him up real quick. Poor baby...

| For the life of me I just can not comprehend how a human being with blood running threw his veins can dispose of any animal because they are just done with it! |

| Ditto. Also wanted to add that growling (which the OP mentioned) doesn't necessarily signify a "bad" dog. Kalina growls ALL THE TIME and she is a gentle, sweet dog. She has never made an attempt to bite anyone. She just likes to growl.

| yeah my mickey growls when he is sleeping on our bed and you try to move him over a bit. he is a moan when he is tired but he has never so much as snapped or bitten us and he is such a sweet heart. just lately he has been a brave boy and became confident to walk outside. so hardly a savage killer who growls |

| According to this person's profile....they were on yesterday but I guess decided not to update us. I do not expect we will ever hear from this person again. So sad!!!! I hope they at least read all the concerns and have decided to NOT take the little Yorkie to the pound!!!

| I smell a troll... something's not adding up, especially since many have offered advice and help, and there's been no update.

| I can't seem to accept the fact the the OP is willing to put to sleep this defenseless baby when he might need some direction. I have experienced this situation with my own furkid. One night we were playing with him in our bed and he went to grab his toy and accidently bit my husband in his genitile area. (he was naked ) He bleed a lot and we got scared and called the ambulance and they took him to the emergency. Well the animal control in our area called me and said that they would be coming to the house to have a look at the dog.(Too funny b/c of his size) Well when they came they told me that he needed to be cuarentined(??sp??) for 10 days and we didn't want for them to take him but it was standard procedure(??sp??). Those 10 days were horrible we missed him so much. We were going crazy b/c he wasn't with us and they won't even allow us to see him during that time. I'm sure if this would of happened to someone with out a heart they would of said to put him to sleep but we didn't. We understood it was our fault b/c he got into the trash and ate some oreo cookies that were left from a milkshake I had earlier that day. (I know pretty dumb of me )But it never crossed out mind for him to be put to sleep b/c of this accident and you want to put urs b/c of a small bite that drew blood. My husband and I have made a joke out of this incident and say that doggy prison did him good. He(Max) still sleeeps with us we just take the necessary precautions so that won't happen again. As it was just an accident. And he is the most loving dog you can met he just ate something that chemically does not mix well with his system.P.S.My hubby would kill me if he know I posted this but I just want to get my point through to the OP. If you no longer want him take him to a rescue.
