| i saw this tonight and i hope to see a positive update soon.. im sorry this is happening..truelfully i would be scared out of my mind too..i would deffinately care about what happens to the puppy but being sued is a big deal and shouldnt be taking lightly. so i can understand this lady feelings. i would have to agree my initial reaction would just be take the dog back give her the money back because she was agressive from the start and that should have been a big warning sign..at this point im guessing thats no longer an option..she probaby would have backed off if you said okay bring the puppy to me tonight at 7 and will give you refund..i would give her a money order or cashier check..then when she got there also make her sign a letter stating she got the money back. i wish you the best and hope it all works out..i dont think she has a leg to stand on if it went to trial..again good luck |

| Still no update? I hope she got that baby back. It breaks my heart to think of him in a situation like that. Tonya
