For YORKIE eyes only! No PEOPLE allowed! Dear yorkie friends, it is me, Susanah. I am writing this to you because we have a real situation on our hands! It is called getting a BATH and being groomed! Does your mom or dad act all nice to you and give you a treat, only to plop your butt down in some water and start washing you? Are you tired of having your ears cleaned? Are you tired of having to sit still while they put dumb ponytail on top of your head that you aren't allowed to take down? Do they make you get your butt wiped every time you go potty? Even in PUBLIC? We've got to ban together and stop this treatment! As yorkies we should be allowed to do what we want! We should be allowed to roll in the dirt! We shouldn't have to get brushed a hundred times a day! They should let us eat poop if we want and not make us brush our teeth. Who is with me? |

Dear Susanah, It's me Rubi, the real one, not the human impersonator who has even taken posesion of my name:D . I am most definately with you and my big sis, 14 yr old Jennie is even more with you because she likes taking a bath even less than I do. I like rolling in poop sometimes but, to no avail :( As soon as my human friends spot or smell me they are taking me to the tub. Oh well, what can we do? Here! Here! This is Chloe.:aimeeyork I am getting pretty fed up with this!! :mad: My mommy knows I don't like this. She can see that I roll around on the carpet after a bath, trying to wipe this "clean" off of me. And my poor head itches when she puts that rubber band and bow in. Sometimes, when I think she's not looking, I rub myself along the edge of the sofa, and if I'm really stealthy, I can rub my head on it and soothe that itchiness. If you really want to get your back itcher foot going full force flicking at that bow on your head, you have to wait until your mommy leaves the room. Muuhwaaa haa haa!! I know if I sit all cute and still for a few minutes, I can lull her into a false sense of security, and she'll leave the room for a few minutes. Oh, but I have gotten good!! (tee hee!) I can usually flick that bow off my head, chew it up, and spit it out before mommy comes back! I know she has her faults, but she's my mommy and I love her despite it. :animal-pa |
Dear Susanah, Hi I'm Jake and I'm with you! I don't like my bath much, but it does feel nice and cool on hot days. I do NOT like to have my teeth brushed, but mommy keeps telling me that she wants my teeth to be nice and clean and healthy. I guess she's right (sigh), so I try to hold still. Then, I get impatient because doesn't she realize I have toys to play with?? What I REALLY hate is when she puts clothes on me. I just don't see the point. What I do is wait until she's not looking and take them off. It's easy, try it!! I bet you can do it too! I had to draw the line at a top knot. I took it right out, and I let them know I'm not having any of that! What WERE they thinking??? And the brushing grrrrrrrrrr, I don't like that at all. I get brushed every day and night, and I get my private parts washed with doggy wipes. I don't like it one bit, and I don't think mommys should be seeing that stuff. We yorkies really have it rough, don't we? Now my mommy and daddy are talking something about getting me a brother.:rolleyes: I don't know where this brother is gonna sleep, cuz my mommy is all mine! |

Hi there, it's me real Rubi again. Now that false Rubi is not looking I dashed to the computer cause I remember something else I do. I've got a bro cat Mimosin and I just love his litter tray. When my mom has just finished giving me a bath I sneak into Mimosin's tray and roll over:D and I also love his poo, it taste good (yummy, yummy). Ooops, sorry got to go, mom's coming on. You will like having a brother. That's the good thing mommies and daddies do sometimes. I have a brother too and 2 sisters. They aren't yorkies though. They are chihuahuas. Sometimes you have to share mommy and daddy, and your toys, but its fun to have someone who can run as fast as you to play chase with. I like my sister, Josephine, the best because she plays. Harley and Sidda Lee are too growed up to play fun stuff. I hate being brushed too! I especially hate it on my feet. It ouches there on account of them always getting tangly. |

Dear Susanah, I agree with you!! I'm sick of having my hiney wiped, especially in public. It's embarassing!! I don't see why our moms have to try to keep us all dressed up and pretty, I mean we are already so cute we don't even need it! We should do something about this! Should we start a petition! We just got to teach everybody that as yorkies, we are the real bosses here! If we make a union does that mean we might go on strike? If we go on strike can we still eat poop and then lick daddy on the mouth? That's my favoritest thing in the world to do! |
I just don't understand why they are pickin on us yorkies! I have a friend who lives down the street. He is not a yorkie. He is a Great Dane. He is real big, and he is MY friend! He says that when he goes poo poo he doesn't have to get HIS butt wiped! He said I was the first doggie he ever seed that got her butt wiped! He don't have to get his hair brushed all the time either! It's not fair! |

cheers! i wanna join! mommy brushes my teeth every night too. she doesn't know that i eat more of the toothpaste instead of it being used to clean my teeth, but don't tell her. mommy is always busy when i want to go out so i always whine and fake "peeing" and run around because i want to play. i like rolling around in the grass too, especially when it's wet after it rains. after i play i come back inside and mommy gets mad because i get mud all over the white carpet. oopsie. but then she cleans it up and then i get the evil "bath", before she lets me snuggle with her. it's not fair. hmp. i'm with you all the way, susannah. dirty fur girls! whoo! |

Hi all, this is Momiji. I tell you what I hate. I hate when my mommy is checking and double checking my butt to make sure there is no poop left!!! I leave some for my entertainment for later time but she always find them and wipe them off or worse put me in the sink and wash them off!!!! :eek: Can't I have some fun with my poop on the carpet???? :thumbup: |
Wanna know a secret? One time my daddy taked me potty because Mommy had one of her head hurts. He didn't know he was s'posed to wipe my butt. Well I cried because I wanted to get in bed with Mommy and make her play with me so he put me right up there. You know what I did? I sitted right on my mommy's HEAD with a poop stuck right on my butt hair! :D Then I sitted back and watched while my daddy got in trouble and I didn't. I just had to get my butt wiped! |
You know what? I think it's not fair cuz how come big dogs don't have to get baths every week and have their butts wiped? I have two big dog cousins, and I don't see them putting up with this stuff! Man, it's hard being little. |
Hi this is Zoe..I am with you and may I add my parents blow dry me and put all this gunk on my coat and just laughs when I run around the house rubbing myself on the carpet after a bath? What's so funny about that?:p |
Jasmine here - my mommy is busy and I heard about the club. I want in!! My mommy won't let me lick the drool off my English Bulldog brother's face. I like it though...and he drools all the time so I don't see what the big deal is. |
Hi again, like a dirty furgirl said, it's so unfair moms and dad won't let us lick them in the mouth after eating poop. I love licking them best after eating kitty Mimosin's poop. I also love eating puke, don't you? But mommy never let me:( Some time ago a saw a puke for three days in the park and not a single time DID mom let me have a lil teeny weeny lick at it. Hi, This is Starfire. My mommy doesn't know I am on here so don't tell her, ok? But I just had puppies about 9 weeks ago. And she thought it was gross that I ate their poop. Well, I did that one day and about 30 minutes later, I had to hack a little. You know, that's what we do is hack sometimes. Well, she said, "I would be hacking too if I just ate a turd." The nerve of her! She doesn't eat her babies' poop, but maybe she should. Talk about stink! |

This is Gracie. I really don't like my baths much. After Mom is done washing me EVERYWHERE I roll on the floor to get the clean off. After that is done, mom does my hair. But you know what? I love the way I smell and feel, and look, after my bath! Shhhh, don't tell mommy I said that! Mommy gives me a toothbrush with yummy stuff on it and I chew on it, that is how my teeth get clean. The only time mommy wipes my butt is if it gets messy, which is not very often. Everyone says I am such a pretty girl. I think it is because mommy takes such good care of me. |
Hi evry 1, my mom finally got off the puter. I hate to tell ya this but, I don't like the turds. Today mom bounced a my ball and it went right to the area we I go potty. Can you belif that she wanted me to go get it. The nerve of her. Doesn't she no that those turds might get cudies on my pretty paws. even tho i don't like a bath, I always feel good aftrwards.
