To be honest, what's the difference where this thread is posted? All the forums are on YT, and eventually people learn the "search" button. Not only that, if a newbie didn't know about a specific breeder and asked a question like "I want to buy my pup from "so and so", is he/she reputable," we either speak our mind on the thread or relay this newbie to past threads on the subject. So as I said, why does it matter where it's posted? A suspecting member will find it wherever it is.

And, in regards to Verizon vs. Sylvan , I can totally understand what you mean about the "big guy" vs. the "little people," but IF the little people aren't doing their job, somebody should know about it too. And BTW, this authorized dealer was a "little person" and I am out to ruin their rep...sad, but true.

And Michiko.. at any time did Stacy respond to your emails and tell you she had not received the papers from AKC yet? Did she tell you that you could file them yourself if it was taking too long for you?
I do not know anything about the timing so I am just wondering, I was responsible for filing my dogs but I didnt so I would not know how long it usually takes. Other dogs have been too long ago for me to remember a timeline.
Curious to as to who is the breeder on YT that looked at the paperwork she sent you? The one that said it was faked?

I have hesitated to post on this thread because I personally feel something is not right. I have known Stacy to be above board in all her dealings and is a very honest person. She is also a person who loves her dogs above all else. I have not talked to Stacy in a few weeks but even if I had I would not comment on it on YT. I am shocked at how many of you feel that she owes anyone an explanation of what has transpired. Even if you go back into Stacy's post rarely did you ever see her post puppies for sale. She did not use YT as a means to advertise her litters as many breeders here do. She played an active role on this forum to help new breeders; new pet owners understand the Yorkie world. My goodness, how many of you would like your job review put up for the world to see. I am sure many people would be fired or never hired if everyone starting putting their opinions out there for the world to see. I also have to add that if people think that this thread wouldn't hurt someone's reputation how can you think this, as this is a permanent record for the entire world to see. Would you like what has been written about you - just put your name in place of Stacy's name? I have always been against the Breeder review section because what one person see's as a good breeder/bad breeder is an opinion..nothing more. I feel all of this should be handled in private PM's as this was a business transaction, but that is just my opinion.

I was glad to see Diva's post regarding the vet's opinion as I totally agree. Vet's are no different than anyone else, some are better and some are worse. I could tell you horror stories about vets diagnostic skills. We can only hope that little Lilly is made well but even the owner said "Stacy told her about the murmur".

I also feel that it has been implied that Stacy has not been in contact/conversation with Michiko for the last 5 months which Stacy has. Even Michiko said she emailed a form to her but Micheko thought it was fake (my words) but I also suspect, it is a pedigree online form (which many reputable breeders use for their lineage) which if Michiko goes to AKC she can request the certificate she so desperately wants with this information. She needs the dam & sire's registered names. Michiko, while I understand why you would like this piece of paper can you honestly say "Stacy has not contacted you in 5 months?"

There is lots of information on the AKC website and phone numbers to resolve this situation instead of people implying many things and private business being posted all over the internet. No matter how you look at it, when money exchanges hands business is being conducted and should be dealt with in those terms. It is a hard lesson in life when you realize friendships and business rarely go hand in hand. One has to be placed before the other.

So please try to avoid telling me that papers are not that important. It is for me and Haruka.

if that is what is important to you and you paid for then you are right to expect it. it was a necessary requirement for me and the papers where signed and given to me before i left with romeo. it depends on how you feel about the person buying the dog from but i would never leave without the paperwork and have them say they will mail it to me at a later date. i know someone here mentioned she did this - too many posts to remember the name! - and that is fine. she did what she said she would do. sometimes people are not that honest about this and know that this is a big deal to some of us in order for them to charge more money for the dogs.


i don't have a dog in this race but i just wanted to say i can understand the frustration! it really looks bad when a person does not attempt to return phone calls,texts,email or smoke signals!

She responded to me 2 or 3 times for over 20 to 30 emails and private messages. There was no guidance. The fact is that she hasn't responded to my recent a dozen of message and I don't have an AKC paper.

Anyway I could understand why people can be upset with me for my decision to post. And if I offended anyone, I apologize. I wish people could think about being in my shoes.

I am not expecting any more response and AKC paper. As much as I was hurt for over time about this and I needed to be responsible not to just leave with my praises about this individual, I am done with this thread. I don't need anyone to continue this and debate on my decision.

So thank you all for feedback but this really turned ugly.I am already hurt.

The first time.. it was long time ago in Feb, she said that she has sent the paper but it must have been lost .....

Then she sent me an email end of March, she said that she had a computer problem, but she has requested to AKC and it is taking time.

Then I sent her an email asking about registration numbers for Haruka's parents. It was one of the suggestions from many people to ask about registration numbers and I could do it myself.. I have sent a dozen of emails and no response...

Then.. finally in mid june, she sent me this pedigree.... and I have sent her a couple emails after that. It is because the pedigree was not from AKC, and which I was okay... because I know that some breeders do that because it costs money to get it form AKC. ANd I probably would pay for it myself to get it if I want to. But then this wasn't helpful for me to register Haruka, and I have expressed that as well.

When she sent me a pedigree, she didn't even say a word on the email... that really hurt me as well.. because she knows that I have been trying to reach her.

Anyway.. I don't need to explain everything because everything gets flipped around.

So.. that is all.

I was told she had no symptoms nor needed meds (as she advertised...go look for yourself) and then when I already had her at home she told me her vet said it was a stage 5. Do you think a furkid with a stage 5 murmur can live a normal life if untreated? NO The only thing I'm thankful for is having Lilly because I know I can give her the care & life she deserves.

We were all being polite but because of most of you this has gotten ugly.
Michiko didn't get what she was promised, Kalina had problems as well and I was sold a really sick puppy...Bottom line...it is what it is.

I wasn't going to post but.. Stacy has used YT to advertise puppies and oil paintings in the past. The last time was in May and in June. Not sure why that is even an issue.

I really hope that Stacy and her family are ok. Bottom line is that Michiko held up her end of the deal and Stacy didn't. At least not yet. I hope that Stacy will get in touch with Michiko and make this right.
