Let's continue our prayers for Maureen and Zeke (and let's not forget Bebe).

I don't think it matters what group your candle goes to, as long as it's there.
I put mine under Zeke and Bebe's under Bebe. I'm going to put Maureen's under Zeke too. God doesn't care, I'm pretty sure.

300 of us could call the MPD and try to inquire about Zeke, but because not a one of us are the owners of Zeke " subject in question",,,the MPD doesn't have to do a single thing for us.
They can yes us to death and go back to their routine...
Maureen on the other hand.. is a whole different story, she is Zekes mom and owner!
This is a frustrating situation all around.
I just don't want you all getting your hopes up on what MPD has to do...
They don't have to do a darn thing and I believe this has been proven.
We need to take a different avenue.
Now I was on Pet Detective . com and saw Zeke but no photo was posted.
I didn't get it???
How is some one supposed to recognize Zeke without a photo.??

Thanks for your kind compliment...I try. And I take every thought or idea to heart...consideration. But is there really absolutely nothing we can do? I am always open to suggestions. I don't think that I have seen Zeke's ad on Pet Detective.com, I'll have to go take a quick look around. If there is no picture...I agree, nobody can ID him. Can one of us add his picture? Or does Maureen have to do it? Let's all put our thinking caps on and try to come up with some fresh ideas. Should we go back to calling all the vets and shelters out there to remind them of this...and remember to scan all new Yorkies...If Maureen has been unable to post fliers...can somebody else nearby continue to do this? I think the idea of putting a flier in your own car window, was a good suggestion...for those living in that area. I pray for Maureen to feel better soon...so she can pull us back together again and move forward. I keep going back and rereading this thread in hopes that an idea posted, that may have been overlooked...can be reborn. Zeke I hope you're okay...I worry that you're not. Please let us find a way...to bring Zeke home...Please.

Hello Ladies

I am finally back

I have not been able to get on my computer at all and YES Comcast my local network went down for 2 days and when that happened all of our computers crashed My dad has been working on it for days... he had to redo every computer in the house. There are still 2 that do not work... mine is still hovering between connected and disconnected. I have to check the status before I do anything because I dont know if its on or off. It is soooo frustrating.

Daisy Mae has been good at keeping me updated but I still could never respond so I am going to go back through what I have missed and answer questions and respond to posts

It is great to finally be back I have missed you guys so much

What to do if we really want to help other people in their troubles
We must recognize certain things. They are important things. We must have pity and sympathy for them. We must share their suffering. Read Ezekiel 3:15, 16. He says: ‘I sat where they sat…’

For a whole week, Ezekiel did nothing. He noticed the awful state of his own people. They did not share his trust and confidence in God. He just sat among them. He shared their pain and despair. Ezekiel had no easy solution for their situation.

We want to be of use to the Lord. We want to serve those in trouble. Then we must learn to be quiet. We must not speak immediately. Charles Lamb, a famous English writer who lived from 1775–1834, once asked his friend a question. ‘Have you ever heard me preach?’ (This usually means to speak God’s word in public. It can also mean to tell people what they ought to do.) The friend’s reply must have made him feel very upset. The friend said ‘I have never heard you do anything else.’ We must learn to listen.

I'm praying Zeke is found soon. I believe in Miracles. My prayers are with you Maureen.

I had a scare this morning with Mr. Jack!
My boyfriend needed my help, loading his truck with heavy, garage doors and motors.
Jack, of course wanted to be outside with mom & dad.

Well in the middle of us loading the truck...We took our eyes off Jack for a moment and I happened to look up and where do you think the lil devil was?
Across the street on the neighbors side walk peeing on her bush.
Thank GOD we live on a dead end and the cars don't drive that fast, being theres children and dogs & cats all around here.
I firmly told him to stay put as another truck was coming down the one way road.
He froze until I crossed the street and picked him up!
I reprimanded him and brought him right up stairs into our house.
I was shaking with fear thinking what if I didn't look up and catch him there and he ran across the street as the truck was coming...
He would have gotten hit and that would of been it!!!
I would of fainted.
I usually give him a cookie after he does his business outside every morning, but today, he got an ear full instead.

I'm not quite sure...but I didn't want to ignore a possibility. I think his hair is too long even with a 6 or 7 week out growth. And I think he may look shorter then Zeke, his legs and body look smaller. But it was the closest I've seen in all my searches. Only you can decide for sure, yes or no? Let us know what you think, I can email this person and ask for more details...but all I know is he's neutered...stated age was 13 months...and selling for $400.00.

I could not get on my computer. I know it was posted earlier that someone called Comcast and they were told there was not an outage. I am sorry some of you feel I am being dishonest, what that would achieve I dont know, but our service WAS down and Comcast WAS down for 2 days and caused our computers to crash. My dad has been trying to repair them ever since.
