I could not get on my computer. I know it was posted earlier that someone called Comcast and they were told there was not an outage. I am sorry some of you feel I am being dishonest, what that would achieve I dont know, but our service WAS down and Comcast WAS down for 2 days and caused our computers to crash. My dad has been trying to repair them ever since.

I know this is true and Maureen woud never be dishonest. I am sorry I had to go out of town and was not here to let you all know.

Hi All -

I am back from the lake. Here are where things stand at this point:

I posted earlier that doing a computer assisted background search to see if the people at the address where the boy lived are the same as those with the Tahoe, and using the records gained from this background search to find out who the boy's grandma is would cost $50.00 - that is a fee the website charges for the background check. I have not heard back about this.

I received an email from Maureen and she does not think using the PI is something that she can do at this time.
