They wanted me to call a supervisor at the PD to complain and to get them moving on this. I needed the address where the child said this, and the names of the people, and the plate for the Tahoe. This is all information I am told they have. I provided an email addy on Saturday and was told this info would come. So far it hasn't. I haven't heard from Maureen since Saturday.

Later she posted the house where she thought grandma lived was not the house.

We could try and find out who the grandparents of this family are and locate them and check into it, but I still need the basic information I asked for on Saturday.

I think it is not credible for me to call the PD to complain about their lack of involvement when I can't give them the very most basic amount of information that can lead them to looking into this.

Maureen wanted me to make this call. I have not heard from her since I spoke with her on Saturday and requested specific information. I was told she had this information.

Others in this thread have carried on about how I am supposed to help by connecting with the police, but I need the information I requested.

I posted on Monday night that I had not heard from anyone.

I posted this again last night.

That is true, you have to follow the proper procedures especially in your position, I know my husband and son are officers and you have to be careful, I can't understand why nobody is getting you this info, I missed out on the whole issue that took place here, so maybe I am just in the dark...I have too stated that I am out of state but would help in any way, I have flying benefits through my work and can fly out and help or anything, just never hear anything...I guess all we can do is wait and hope...

Galatea, sorry your hands are tied at this point. I agree that you can't move forward w/out more info. Maybe some of Maureen's close yt friends could call her and remind her that you're waiting on this info.

Good morning!!! Sounds like we still have people here willing to give it their all...but you're not getting any information to proceed. This really saddens me. I have email addresses and a few of their phone numbers, I will see if I can persuade them, to either give me the info you need...or contact you directly. How can I help? I don't have the name of the man with the boy that said the picture on Zeke's flier was Tahoe. I'm sorry, but without Maureen this all seems pointless. Anyway, I'll see what I can do...

I have put another message on the message board how urgent it is that someone with information contact galatea and also the daughter of the policeman whos willing to help. i dont no what else to do. i just wont the procedure to begin asap, i just wished i had them pm me with that information.

Thanks - it's been done. Now, all we can do is wait for someone to contact Galatea.

The good news is that Cindy, who had been stolen, has been found, Tink has been home from the hospital, Baby Mikey, a skin baby, is now well enough to be home, several dogs have come through spaying and neutering just fine, and we've had some birthdays! This is just off the top of my head. Anyone else who remembers good YT news, please post it.

YT prayers and good wishes are amazing. Bebe also still needs our prayers, and some candles lit.

I'll post any news I get.

All we can do is hope that Maureen returns to YT, and gives galatea the information to move on. Yes, I know the clock is ticking away...and we are no closer to finding Zeke. If everyone can find it in their hearts to forgive and forget...and just remember for Zeke's sake, to come back on and post updates, thoughts and prayers...and only then will we be able to continue the search and bring Zeke home...Again I'm sorry!!!

I am just checking in here quickly, as I run out the door. Galatea, please do not give up on Maureen. I think she is just horrified over what happened here a few days ago, all the dissension.
I leave for Europe tomorrow, and I was so hoping for good news before our departure.
Maureen, if you are there Hon, please don't give up. Kathy, how like you, dear one, to always be here to cheer everyone on.
