| I think that the point is being missed again. I was also writing about people selling their products 24/7, using expletives to hurt other members and playing favorites. Has no one else noticed this? I am NOT ONLY talking about the bad blood that was brought over from another forum (that i have never visited, BTW) I know that there are certain people who believe that my previous post was directed toward specific members, but it wasn't. I am just asking that everyone READ the RULES of the forum again and act like adults. I would also like to state that no has ever PM'd me talking badly about another member. I have never PM'd anyone telling anyone anything about another member (unless it was related to their Yorkie). I am not a robot and don't form my opinions based on what someone I DON'T KNOW personally has told me. I guess we can ask Admin to see if this is really going on, but I don't think that's necessary. Please don't PM me thinking that thread was started because of you. Oh and for those of you asking about doughnuts, that was a key phrase to use to attempt to bring members back on topic. Sorry if it seemed like a "secret club".

| I would just like to say at times I stay away from posting too, not that I am not lurking, but I dont post as much becasue people do go off the deepend at times. I found this board by accident, and it was one of the best ones I did, becasue not only have I gotten great advice, but I have found somewhere that I have something in common with others. There are times I post and I get very little response, which can be frustrating, and I would like to thank those that do take the time to answer my many questions. However, at times it hurts when I ask about somethign I really need advice on, and everything concentrates on a fluff post where people are tearing each other down, instead of lifting each other up. Please, Stewies mom is right, we are here because we have a common link between us, and we need to keep it as hurt free as possible. I think it is sad that many of the post in the last few weeks has traveled down the path of the dark side..(sorry had to use a star wars innuendo for my hubby) . but we can make it stop if we choose to. These people come here to casue problems and start this. Good clean questions and controversy will be found in all chat forums, so lets just take a step back and make YT a happy place! BIG PUPPY KISSES

I received a PM warning me about certain members but I too like to make my own desicions and just deleted the PM and never replied to it. I now wish I forwarded to the admin because I am sure there are many others who have recieved a simular "warning" about members and I dont think its very nice. Its a shame, I really hope the people who are acting immature will be the bigger person and just stop. I am sure there are debate forums out there that might be better suited for their behaviour. This is a yorkie site for yorkie lovers, we all have 1 wonderful thing in common!! We LOVE yorkies!!

| I have a COMMENT and a Question?? This is the first site I have ever Joined..and I think it is the best on the net. I know it get heated in here every now and then- b/c everyone has strong opinion on certain topics. I'm just hoping everyone understand not everyone is going to agree on everything. The world would be a dull place if that was the case. We just need to be a little more tackful, and not hurt someone else's feelings. I am sorry if I have ever done this to anyone. Now my Question..about selling in the breeding section..If someone is looking for a pup or dog is it against the rule to point them in the direction where they may find what they are looking for ..say puppy find.com..etc..? Just wondering. EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT DAY and let's all get along.. BECAUSE |

| Diva pup I think you need to stop being so dramatic as well as a few others. Are you guys really reading what was stated by stewiesmom. It says readthe rules and try to abide by them. If you really think this is some sort of personal attack then you really need to step back and read the thread again. Yes some of the people on this forum are a bit dramatic and seem to make everything more controversial then need be. Lets just stop the mellow dramatics and keep it fun. no insults are needed to make your feelings known or your opinions known(statement for everyone inc. me). It used to be fun and informative but i think more and more people are afraid to post for fear of being made to feel stupid or inferior to some of you. So lets stick to the facts the thread was started to let everyone know that things are getting a bit out of hand. yorkie talk was not intended for this kind of behavior it was intended to be about yorkies and to be fun as well. Do you guys realize how silly it is to turn member of the month into yet another argument. For crying out loud it was just a fun lil contest and some of you make it seem like a presindential election with all the mud slinging. Im sorry this seems to ramble but I am very irritated. |

| I haven't seen anyone use expletives on this forum, except when I was called something. I didnt take offense to it... the member edited it and I think only a few people saw it. I did jump right back, BUT that that was btw she & I. Never shouldve happend, BUT we have since cleared the air. Unless there are other instances of expletives being used, I wish everyone would let this one die... I have and it was directed towards me! yorkiegirl2- the only thing I would say about directing a new member to puppyfind.com is that a lot of brokers and mills advertise on there. I didnt know this when I was first looking for a yorkie either, but I just think its saafest to refer people to the ytca website since the breeders affiliated with the YTCA agree to abide by a Code of Ethics. JMO!

I also see why she took your most recent post personal, you started your post adressed to her, and used the word dramatic about 3 times, I too would of taken that personal. I know you are trying to keep peace and I am sure you are frustrated but your post doesnt sound very peacefull. I understand what everyone is saying here, I usually do not read threads that are controversial or that have any negativity, and I never post to them. I opened this thread and read it thinking everyone would be getting along but its turned into the same thing all over again. One last thing, I have read the phrase "certain new members" many times and I think its a shame. I really hope we can stop using that phrase. We have dozens of new members each week, that phrase could easily make many new members wonder if they are the one in question. No one should feel they are not as welcomed as the next person. We are have 1 wonderful thing in common, we all LOVE yorkies let's get along and get back to talking about our yorkies

| You are right missys mom I did use dramatic 3 times but only once towards diva. As for new members comments yes I can see where new members might take that offensive but how else do we descibe the ones that have started some not all of these lil petty arguments. Not to say some of the older members havent had a few here and there. I hope we continue to get new members and I would be the first to welcome them I have no problem with that at all what so ever. I do have a problem with people causing trouble though. My original post was not aimed at diva and yes my second post did start out with her but was not aimed just at her. |

| This is an honest question and I'm not trying to stir up anymore arguments. This is the only yorkie forum I'm on and have ever been on. When I was looking for a pup I came across YorkieTalk and lingered around for about a month until I got my yorkie and finally had a question and the guts to ask it. I guess I'm a pretty shy person in human form and probably so in computer form too, you may notice this by my lack of posts. Anyway I've noticed that its mentioned a lot how people from other forums come on here and stir up stuff. I personlly don't know who's from other forums unless they say so but my question is how much is this said at other forums? Is this commonly said at all forums b/c it seems very accusing to say things like that especially if the person from another forum isn't stirring up anything at all. Like I said I'm not from another forum really don't even know the names of any others just saying that sometimes I feel bad for those coming from them b/c surely they can't all be causing trouble. I would also like to say that in my opinion a little friendly debate is healthy now and then just keep it nice and don't take anything too personallly.

| As the original poster, I would like to say that I DIDN'T say that there are trolls from other forums. I just said that what happens between two people on another forum needs to stay there because FRANKLY I don't give a rat's you know what what happened there. I'm glad people from "other forums" came here. New: And also I wanted to add that there are a million other rules that are not being acknowledged... so, let's stop talking about "other forums". That's NOT what this post was supposed to be about.
