I totally agree! I would pay $600 for her! (I live in New England area) She is beautiful! As long as she is healthy & happy, well adjusted, likes kids, I think you'd be lucky to experience her! haha (I LOVED that saying! you don't own a yorkie, you experience one!!! sooo true) if you do decide to get her, good luck with her! She looks like she'll give you a run for your money! PUN INTENDED! | |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I'm from Phoenix and haven't found any Yorkies close to that price, even mixed breeds are going for 8 or 9 hundred. She's adorable. I agree with the others who say that's a good size if you have kids.

| I also think $600 is fair, she is healthy and good quality. I think Yorkies with floppy ears are so cute, Abby is 5 months old and her ears are still down, I am not going to tape them either. She weighs 7 pounds now so she will be on the bigger side too, I love her to death, she's great with the kids, and I paid a lot more than 600 bucks. If the dogs personality fits with the family I say go for it. |

She is absolutely adorable! At first I thought $600 was high too. But based on the recommendation from Dena and if her temperament and health are good, I would say get her. Even if $600 is a bit high, if she is healthy you will save the $$$ in the long run by not having excessive vet bills. Also, she is a good size to play with the kids. I love my big yorkie to death, floppy ears and all. She is a hard player too and has energy to burn. She is a lot of fun. She is still very puppylike at 3 yrs old. I think she (yours) is a great find and if I had found a pup like her when I was looking on petfinder and at the shelters for a puppy, I would have jumped at the chance to get her. Good luck!

I don't think $600.00 is to high. She is actually still a puppy. She sounds wonderfully socialized and would be a great size for two young children. She is very cute, her ears may always be floppy but may stand up a bit if some of the hair is taken off. Reguardless she is a sweetheart! Good Luck.

| We Bought the Teapot Roxie!! Well, we did it! Roxie now has a new home with my daughter, granddaughter and grandson! I wish I could relate to you all how excited my daughter was when she was describing Roxie to me! She is so in love with her already! Loved her tempermant, loved that she was licking all over my grandson, (granddaughter was on a previously planned ski trip) loved that Roxie was so calm and relaxed, loved the way she looked, just loved everything about her!! As a side note, she's also selling her sister (who is also a teapot) so if anyone is interested.... Thanks to everyone who offered their advice and opinion. My daughter says she is worth every single penny and that's what counts! Thanks again to the admin for a GREAT website!

| Hi. I have three over sized Yorkies. At nine months and 10 pounds I think she will get a little bigger. She may got to 12 pounds or so which actually is perfect for a family with kids. The price isn't terrible. She may not get $600 for her if listed in a paper for sale, but it is a female and people tend to go higher for a female, as for some reason they seem like the more desirable breed. I have both male and females and I love them equally. I would think realistically between $400-$500 but if she's a nice tempered dog I would just take her for the $600 if you really love her. I hardly think she paid $2000 for her though, unless she got her from a Pet Store in which case she over paid. Best of luck to you. Elaine |

| Congratulations Looks like you have an extremely happy grandson. You are very fortunate that she is housetrained. My puppy is also 9 months and she still has "accidents" and is very much still a puppy. I'm thrilled for this happy ending to your search. Be sure to tell your daughter about YT so she can keep us updated with photos & such. |
