Thanks for answering my questions. Do you have pictures of your facilities and how the puppies are kept, some of the puppies you have there right now, your whelping facilities, etc. I truely have never had any experience with an operation the size of yours and I would like to see pictures so I can get an accurate idea of how these puppies live. You wouldnt be letting the media in and you can decide what to show or not show. I have an awful picture in my mind of some of these places and if you say yours is different, can you please show us what you mean. I understand if you dont want to for legal reasons.

That is a real good idea. I will work on doing that tomorrow and I will post them here for you. Actually it may be on Friday because I have many appointments tomorrow. But I think that is a fabulous idea and I will work on it.

A couple more questions for Mr Moore.
1 After you get your puppies from Ireland or wherever you export them from, what testing do you do on them to make sure they are healthy before you sell them.
2. On an average, what would you say the time frame is from the time you bring the puppies here to the time they go to their new homes. In other words, how long are they living in the cages?

That question was directed to you Yorkie Girl! I don't think we have met have we? Unless you have actually had a bad experience with me I think you are a bit out of line. Your entitled to your opinion but I'm really not interested in your opinion unless you have actually personnally had a problem with one of my dogs.

Look, I am upset at you, because you never showed me any sympathy and you were more concerned about the other businesses or whatever it was that you were doing at the time. When I called you, you would hang up the phone on me and you even lied to my attorney (so who cares if he's a relative of mine, he's still an attorney) You didn't care about the 1st puppy I got and when I returned it I returned it to Dawn, not you. Where were you at?? out of the country...right??? That is very bad customer service. Then I was lied to over and over again, I tried to get another puppy a replacement but everytime I was going to meet Dawn or Anne at the airport, one of them would call me the day before and said that the puppy I picked out (and was suppose to be held for me) was already sold. Yes that really upsets me, then you tell me that I am not intitled to another puppy because of my additude... well what do you expect, I have little kids too you know and they where asking me about the puppy. And No, my house was not harboring anykind of virus or bacteria that caused both of the puppies to get sick. The first one couldn't even walk, didn't know how to eat or drink. I was lied to about it when I went to get it I was told it was 8 weeks old then I found out when I got her home that she had to of only been 4 weeks old. I returned her and was lied to once again, said that the puppy was going to the vet and the vet said it was just home sick according to dawn, but it DIED!!!! I know alot about animals too and I know that there are incubation periods to diffrent diaseases like kennel cough is 7-10 day incubation period and coccidia is 3-5 days so it had to of come from your place bud. What would make me happy would be for you to maybe think about taking on a different career one that is honest and not so dark, I think those poor dogs that travel back and forth should be found indoor loving homes with families that can give them one on one love and attention. I am not saying that you have ever neglected your dogs or abused them I only stated that both of the dogs that I got from your place where deathly ill. Thats all.

because of your malpractice of dogs, I was able to get (while in the whole arguemental process of trying to get another puppy from you for replacement) I was able to get my cutie pie chihuahua you see pictured off to your left, she came from a breeder of ONLY chihuahuas and I NEVER had any health problems and she has NEVER been sick, Thank God. If it wasn't for you I would of never gotten my baby.

1. When they come in they have to have a current health certificate by a veterinarian from the country they originate from.

2. When the dogs arrive from they have to be checked by APHIS/Dept. of agrigulture before they are released from customs. When the dogs arrive into my kennel they are automatically wormed, sprayed for parasites, and revaccinated. My breeding dogs do not live in cages. They are in long runs 10 x 30 concrete runs that are washed down twice a day. The puppies have grassed exercise pens to run in outside (wheather permitting). At night and on not so nice days the puppies are in holding pens in a temperaturized controlled building. There pens have automatic waterers and they have food at all times. Between going in and out on a daily basis they are handled quite a bit. To answer your question about how long I have the puppies the average is 3 days - 14 days before they end up in with permanent family. The puppies I import come from small operations not puppy mills like everyone thinks. I have seen these places myself and personnally know most of these breeders some of them are my family members in Ireland and England.

You know what that is what the problem is I think, because young puppies that haven't received there full set of vaccinations which is usually about 3 sets, 3-4 weeks apart. Puppies can pick up illnesses in the dirt and grass, parvo can be in the environment for up to 5 yrs! I know alot about dogs I have studied them since I was 7 yrs old and I was a veterinary assistant for several years. So that might be something to look at especially if you have puppies there now.

No, I have never done business with you, because I would NOT do business with someone who I've read so many terrible things about. It does not take a rocket scientist to know the kind of organization you run and I would simply never do business with a breeder such as yourself.

You were rude in your post towards me, and if you're that rude to someone you've never even met I can only imagine how you are with your unsatisfied customers.

I am going to add a quick comment....You have only read about bad things, have you ever gone to see for yourself? There are always 2 sides to every story.
I am actually glad to see what Brushy Creek has to say. We are finally getting to hear the other side. It finally is not one sided. You seem to have your mind made up.

ValB-- I've done a lot, a lot, a LOT of research regarding good and bad breeders. I know that if there are multiple reports of sick puppies to stear clear. I just don't see how there is another side to the story -- he has sold sick puppies plain and simple. In my opinion, there is no excusing that and wether he breeds 10,000 puppies a year or 10.. if they are sick, they are sick and it's inexcusable.

I'm not trying to sway anyone's opinion on this guy.. and if anyone wants to believe he's legit that is their business, but I will not advocate what he does and won't feel sorry for him getting talked about on forums badly because of all that has happened.

I think Brushy Creek spends so much time posting and reading on this board....time he should be spending taking care of his sick puppies!
