Sorry this happened to your llamas, I agree, I would had probably killed the dog too, in fact a few years ago a rotweiller almost bit me b/c I was walking the dogs and out of nowhere the rottweiler came trying to attack my dogs and I protect them with my body and luckily a neighbor heard the noises and grab a water hose and sprayed water on the dog, I found out later who the owner was and turned him in to HOA.

The point that many keep forgetting is that Mr. Moore does NOT INTENTIONALLY SELL SICK DOGS!!! If you all only knew. He would literally give you the shirt off his back if you were in need! I'm guessing I couldn't say that about many these days. Could you say that about yourselves? Do you know many that would go out of there way to help you if you needed it without asking, paying or begging for it?

So, when humans are born and come down with a cold or disease or die, that is the parent's fault??? It's the same thing isn't it? Is it possible that there are things beyond human control that do happen?

I am guessing that there are many other breeders out there and the same sort of issues happen to them with dogs unintentionally getting sick. Mr. Moores dogs are taken care of and live better than many humans in this world. If you only knew. I can't stress that enough!!!

The difference I'm guessing is that in other breeder businesses, when issues have happened it probably hasn't been with a past friend who had their differences, a past business associate with differences who then became a tough competitor.

I'm guessing that most people are not in general, maliciously cruel by nature to want to go out of there way and spend thousands and thousands of dollars to ruin a man, his family & business. Is it possible that there is A LOT more to this story from this other broker then she is letting on? Why would this broker keep purchasing dogs from here for so long if she supposably got so many sick dogs? Why would she have been close friends with these people for so long and then do everything in her power to destroy them? Is it possible that this lawsuit had nothing to do with sick dogs? Is it possible that to this broker, this is NOT at all about any sick animals? Is it possible this is all about money, greed and her own personal hate? Is it possible that this broker has a long trail of initiated lawsuits under her belt to keep the money rolling? Is it possible that some of the dogs she sells get sick also? Hmmm..... just a thought...there is always another side to every story.

First of all I am very well aware that I am considered a "puppy mill" and hated by most of you on this sight. Fine. What I would like to clear up is a few things. First of all, my attorney has advised me not to give an interview to any news station at this time. But I would like to make a few things clear about the the lawsuit with Ms. Lisa Bushman Mallery dba LMB Farm. First of all... Ms. Bushman didn't sue me over sick dogs. She sued me because I refused to give her registrations on dogs that she sold as breeders and only paid me pet price for. That is what the lawsuit was about. Ms. Mallery also did not have to pay for any of the dogs until after they were sold. I fronted them all to her. Those dogs were sure good enough for her for 3 1/2 years and that woman made ALOT of money. Those dogs included Jack Russells, Westies, Wheatens, Yorkies, Kerry Blues, Irish Terriers, and Cavaliers. The first year she sold dogs for me she made close to $150,000. I found out 3 years later that she wasn't keeping her spay/neuter contracts on all these supposed "pets" she was selling. Turns out she was selling many Cavaliers for $2500 - $5000 a piece as breeders. I was getting pet price for these dogs which was $650 (my profit was $200 after expenses). When I found out that I was being screwed to the wall by her I asked to see her spay/neuter contracts so she could prove to me she was only selling pets. To this day she still has not produced one spay/neuter contract not even did she have them at the trial. In the 3 1/2 years she sold for me she sold over 1200 puppies. I myself, didn't sell that many pups and I certainly didn't get the kind of money for them that she did. Also 95% of those 1200 dogs were shipped directly to her from Ireland and England. She ordered exactly what she wanted directly from the brokers overseas. The court records are available for the public to see in the Waller County Courthouse in Hempstead. Feel free to check it out. That includes you too FOX 26. The sick dog stuff came up because Ms. Bushman solicited the internet with help of many others that are members of this site to find witnesses to testify on her behalf. She found 2 people that claimed they bought puppies from me that got sick. The other 3 people she got to testify were disgruntled sellers that also sold dogs for me (like Bushman). To this day still all of those other 3witnesses including Ms. Lisa Bushman/Mallery still owe me tens of thousands of dollars for dogs they sold that I did NOT get paid for. They basically gained up me and cut the middle man out (me). So for all of you who don't believe this please check it out for yourself at the court house. Also, for all of you who are applauding Ms. Lisa Bushman/Mallery - make no mistake. She is a "puppy mill" herself and profiting off her dogs still to this day. Ms. Bushman was on TV and told you all - that while she sold dogs for me "it was the worst years of her life". Well that is a lie because why would anyone keeping doing something that was so awful for 3 1/2 years??? The bad years came when I quit supplying her with dogs and she had to go buy them directly herself with her OWN money. Ireland wouldn't give her anymore dogs without going through me so she had to get them through an old supplier of mine in England and then had to pay in Sterling which made her dogs very expensive to buy. FOX 26 since you claim you did such a great job investigating this story - why didn't you tell the whole story? Did you even go to the court house and look at the records? That's right... your just interested in getting your story out first and getting the dirt - not the truth. Eventually - I will give my side of the story to the media but it would be to the station that tells the the truth.

For your information Sunshine's affiliation with me is that she used to work in my kennel. She did a great job for me and I would like to express my gratitude to her for coming on this sight knowing how badly she would get slammed for defending me. Thanks again Sunshine! AND remember one thing. While your slamming me for making a profit with dogs - most of you are doing the same thing. The only exception is I do it on a larger scale that is the reason I have an occassional problem. I am going to say it one more time... I do not sell sick dogs.

You obviously sell sick dogs.. if people are coming forward with their stories, and saying, with proof their dog was sick, or died.. then.. as they say.. the proof is in the pudding.
Most of us on this site are not breeders.. yes there are some. But all of us are here on this site for the love of yorkies..to better the breed, to learn more about our dogs.. BUT not to make a profit. If you have an "occasional problem" maybe you should take care of them, instead of not dealing with them. Maybe if you did, you wouldn't have the media all over you.

Here I go again. I did not get sick dogs. I am wondering how sick the dogs are that ppl have gotten, and what did they have? Was it the breeders fault, or the person who bought the dogs fault?
As for the Fox thing last night, I watched several times...what does her reputation in horses have to do with dogs?
The suit was not won over the sick dogs, the attorney said her heard testimoniy of it!
I give up on the people on this thread, for the simple fact they are not hearing what was said. Listen to it with an open mind, not one sided. that is what I did. I wanted to know if it was as bad as what people where saying on here, and I still do not see it! At least not from the Fox investigation.

Thank you so much for all you have done for these animals. I would like to see the State of Texas do more to enforce our current animal laws and hopefully, adopt some sort of lemon law.

1200 Dogs.....OMG, pretty contradictory if you ask me because you mention here that you think puppies are not stuffed animals. But, yet you toss them around the world back and forth and from one place to the other???? No wonder they are so sick by the time the customer gets them.. that explains alot.

Yes I do think that some other people probably do the same thing such as puppymill and bootleg puppies and such, But NOT everyone does that, I for one have never even bred a dog although I have thought about it because I love dogs and I would breed them ONLY to better the breed and elimanate all the possible health defects, Not to make a profit off of them, THATS WHAT REAL JOBS ARE FOR.....you know like Mc Donalds, a bank, policeman, construction worker, hell work at Walmart or whatever.....geez

I wanted to add; people if you're looking for a puppy to love, Please do not buy from a kennel or a person that has more than 2 diffrent breeds of dogs and make sure they are the peoples pets that live inside with them and be sure to see the sire an dam of the puppies. I bought a longcoat chihuahua and I got her from the breeder they only breed chihuahuas and this puppy was so well taken care of, the breeder always takes her puppies to the vet, doesn't give them her own shots like most and the babies are clean and the parents are clean and friendly and loving. My beautiful girl chi NEVER got sick and still to this day has NEVER gotten sick, she is the most healthiest baby ever and why.... because she was well taken care of as a puppy from a RESPONSIBLE BREEDER OF ONLY 1 BREED OF DOG!!!!!

What does giving your own shots have to do with anything? I mean if you know nothing about it I would agree but some people that have dogs are Vet tech and have had formal livestock training and understand the show.
