First, may I ask "who" told you to come to this site?

Again, your choice of words (smear) are very similar to the guy that was on this thread earlier. Do you know him? Dobie-something

The dog breeder you refer to hasn't even posted on this thread - that I know of. And if there is a post from her somewhere else could you please tell me what thread and post #? I'd like to read it. Because I haven't heard anything about this prior to your post.

Could you please explain why would this thread be of any concern to this breeder's lawsuit? I don't understand the connection. If you're saying she had bad practices why would she come here for support?

Your "In closing" makes it sound like you are part of the staff of Brushy Creek, or why would you make the statement for them? Which is also the reason I put in about loosing your job. Close Brushy Creek = lose jobs

How do you "know" what is in their contracts? I've never known a sales rep to be quite this involved in every aspect of just "one" on her clients. And BTW which dog supplier do you work for?

Have you ever heard of or been to Hunte Corporation? I think they have state of the art technology and clean cages too, but I don't think what they're doing is humane or moral!

Thank You - I'm really interested in your responses/insights.

Once again someone who can not or will not read the whole thread. The smear campaign came from the post Jerry Bennick posted. Get it right if your gonna post about me.

But - that wasn't why I posted about you. I posted because you misrepresented a dog and I drove out there only to see a poor little yorkie with the worst bite I've ever seen on ANY dog - with a severly distended stomach. When I was there I kept asking was what was wrong with the puppy - and I was ignored because she was more interested in my money. Both my husband and I got out of there fast - it was only when I emailed you later that we were totally cussed out. You can say what you want.... but I posted only the truth.

If you feel this strongly - Why not talk to the Fox people ?
What you posted was your opinion. Not the truth!! You have been on a crusade against me ever since.

I am though unhappy with the things being said about the place I bought it from. I will repeat myself one more time. I am happy with my Yorkies, I bought them from Brushy Creek, I have had no problems, the people there have been nothing but nice. I thought they had a beautiful place there. If I had land like that, I would keep it fenced to. I will add the one thing I loved about the kennel, is it did not have the stench that some places have. It smelled cleaned, and all the dogs looked so happy, and loving. I am very proud of my pretty little Yorkies, and they are so happy. I have no regrets as to buying my dog from them.
I do appreciate the helpful advice on Yorkies I have found on this site. I do not appreciate the hate that is coming my way, because I am happy about my Yorkies I bought from this kennel.

What hate are you referring to? I missed it. I am surprised you were allowed in to see the conditions and the dogs. According to sparklingstars, their salesman and confidant, they dont let people in for fear of germs and such. I am glad you got healthy dogs and I am not sending hate your way. Were you asked to come and post your story or how did you hear about this thread?

I am so sorry to hear about the ppl that are unhappy. I am just trying to figure out how many there actually are. Not how many actually heard about it, but how many had a bad experience? I just wanted to let ppl know how good mine was! I am so happy with my babies, why can I not talk about that hear?
Do I need to post that some where else?
I can actually say, that if I ever need to buy another dog, it will be from Brushy Creek. I hope that i do not actually get a sick one, but it could happen. Actually it could happen from any where. I am actually very lucky I am not a first time dog owner, cause I do know to make my kids wash there hands before playing with the puppy, I know to keep the floors clean, I know to clean up with bleach and soap water. Those are the things you do when you bring a new baby in the house, human, or canine. There are so many things that can happen if you do not. Maybe that is why my babies have had no problems.

This guy is CLEARLY a PUPPY MILL. Every place that mass produces dogs for profit is a PUPPY MILL -- you think this guy cares about every one of his dogs and gets proper care veterinary and otherwise for them? No way.

There is no adoption form.. he'll sell to anyone justifying that he doesn't CARE about the homes that the dogs go into IMO.

Even if ONE DOG is sick and/or dies he clearly doesn't care about the dog and the person he sold to, he cares about the cash that he would lose making it somewhat right.

I would like to point out that I have never cleaned up with bleach and water and my puppies have never gotten sick. Not one of them. Want to know why? Because I purchased them from people who cared about them. I purchased them from trustworthy, reputable breeders who didn't mass produce so they were able to give the appropriate care to each, individual puppy - 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

I find your explanation that people's puppies got sick is because they didn't know how to clean very far fetched. Next excuse?

My babies names are Fantasy and Iternity. I do not mean to refer to them as it, I was just telling the story. My babies are great. At the time of the story they did not have there names. We as a family had decided to name Fantasy after my daughters favorite perfume. When I went back to get ther other one, I named her after my favorite perfume. Oh I see I said other again, what word should I use instead? Either way they are the babies in our house. The girls are great. I am so sorry you do not belive me. Can someone please tell me how to post the pictures of the girls?

LOL, it's funny you should call him a "home breeder." Just because his mass dog producing facility is on the same land as his home does not make him a home breeder. No - every home breeder is not a puppy mill. Those that mass produce ARE a puppy mill. Even if there is no adoption forms, responsible, ethical breeders will at least interview the purchaser and will not sell the puppy to homes that don't meet a certain criteria of being a responsible, caring, loving, safe home.

RESPONSIBLE home breeders will ask a potential buyer many many questions before selling their puppies to them. They spend huge amounts of time breeding quality dogs and don't allow them to go to whoever has the cash first. Any at home breeder that DOES do that is a BYB.

I am not Mr. Morre assitant. I did read the replys. That is why I keep asking, how many actually bought a sick dog? I see maybe 2 ppl who have had purchased a dog. The rest are just saying they have been there, and just talking from hear say.
I am just saying I have 2 beautiful babies, I bought them there. I have had no problems.
The most I have read, is the other ppl keep talking about someone else, and a couple of ppl keep trying to refer it back to Brushy Creek. One of those ppl have no proof that they have ever been there, and did not even buy a dog. They also keep saying bad things about the ppl that work there, I only saw 2 ppl there. Both have been very nice and polite. I will also add when I say there, I mean in the office. Any question I asked, they answered.
Now if someone could explain to mean in detail how to get pictures up, i will show you my babies! Would you please help me?

The hate I am refering to, is all the negative comments to the place I purchased my babies from. I do not see why all this hate is hear. I can understand one person having it. They bought a dog that got sick, do we know it was Mr. Moors fault, or thier fault?
I am the type of person that when I am happy with something I tell the world. I am happy, so I will tell anyone! Teh other person, is just saying they were there. I think they just want to bash, and keep the pot stirred up! I am also trying to figure out why they would keep on, when they did not buy a dog?
