This guy is CLEARLY a PUPPY MILL. Every place that mass produces dogs for profit is a PUPPY MILL -- you think this guy cares about every one of his dogs and gets proper care veterinary and otherwise for them? No way.
There is no adoption form.. he'll sell to anyone justifying that he doesn't CARE about the homes that the dogs go into IMO.
Even if ONE DOG is sick and/or dies he clearly doesn't care about the dog and the person he sold to, he cares about the cash that he would lose making it somewhat right. |
