| I think someone found my dog!!! I went to the shelter today and someone posted they found a yorkie on one of the major cross streets behind my house that matches his description. I have called and called but his phone says he is not accepting calls at this time. I think it is a cell phone that is off so I will keep calling. Everyone keep your fingers crossed! I am soooo anxious. I just wanted to share the information until I can get hold of the guy. |

| Update: I'm a little perplexed about the whole thing right now. The phone posted in the "found" ad gave the not available message until about 10:30 this morning and then a lady answered. I told her I thought she had found my dog and described him in detail-those distinguishing features only an owner would probably notice. She asked a couple of questions like if I kept him in the backyard, etc. - which I found kind of odd, but I expect he is marking his territory. You have to put something on the paper for him to mark if you want him to potty there...don't ask. Anyway, she took my contact information and told me she would have to contact the person who has him. I gave her about 2 hours and called back, but it went to voicemail. I left a message that I was just checking up to see if she had contacted the person about my dog. I know it's only been a little over 4 hours but the waiting is killing me. She never really acknowledged if the details matched or not. I wish I had asked more questions now, but I really thought I'd get a call back within 15 minutes or so. I was very excited and happy, but now I don't know what to think.... When I find out more, I'll let you all know. Thanks again for all the concern. |

| Hi. I'm sorry you're not getting any straight answers from that woman. It might be time to involve the police. Maybe she'll talk to THEM This might be some kind of scam to get money from you, so be careful![]() I sincerely hope that they really do have your little one and will give him back. Is he microchipped or tatooed? You might need to prove that it's your dog, kwim? I have my fingers crossed for you!

| Call the police and tell them you know who found your dog, but they are stalling. |
