We got ours at Lowe's. They have alot of patterns to choose from.
And the price is great, 10.00 to 13.00 a yard. And this stuff is tuff. I tried to tear a piece and couldn't. Regular vynil is easy to tear.
And it's textured. The hardwood looks and fills just like wood. And the tile has grout lines and feels just like real tile.

Do you know what it was called. Is it so thick you could resurface it if you needed to? That sounds like what my vet was talking about and they love it.

By the way I dont know how to get the quote in the little blue box if someone can tell me how to do that

you're thinking of the new Laminates - they're really good but expensive ...but - very durable too...

and thank you on the floors - I like the kitchen ...but the den makes me nuts. When I mop the floor I have to buff out that granite so it shines and he used way too much - I like simple designs like the kitchen is...the butterfly cut outs really are pretty - I have them as my backsplash too -

but...on the upside - Chanel is my little Buffer - she thinks every towel in the house is for her ....so when I do floors she gets a free ride and dances when I do it - it's hilarious

Thanks for any info.

Mine are housetrained. But, we have ceramic tile. We were putting it in when we got Mollie who will be 3 in Jan. I highly recommend it. I wouldn't have anything else.

What you are talking about is what I did in my yorkie room. I ran a thread back in Feb., I think it was, and based on the answer I got, I went with a high grad vinyl, like Congoleum only better). i got all soprts of answers on the flooring. The ceramic tile was too expensive for even my small room. Plus some of the posters were talking about pee getting in the grout And even with the seal for the grout the pee still runs like a river. And it is so hard and slick they might hurt themselves jumping off stuff. The laminate floors buckle where water of any kind get in the grooves, according to some that have that. Now, all i do is mop, mop, mop. You can see a picture of my floor in the nursery forum under Fancy's post.

I have al sorts of wood flooring in my house . . real wood, berber carpets and tiles. Tiger and Annika are confined to the laundry room so that is where they do their "thing". There is a pee pad but only Annika seems to hit it right on the target. So, when I come home and they have free roam to the rest of the house, Tiger wears a belly band. Annika wears nothing as she will seek the pad whereever she is

FYI, I believe Tiles are porous so unless you seal it, and regularly not just once (like how I do it and forget about it ) it eventually will get damaged . . the process is of course much, much slower than carpet or wood so I guess that it a good thing

Gina, your home is beautiful. I've always wanted to paint one of my dining room walls a red color accent but never seem to get to it. Maybe next year. What red is it and can you give me the exact name or number#

Villete, what a great transformation your hubby did on your flooring . . .your house is gorgeous and the floor sooo shiny It sure helps when our husbands are such handyman's. Mine is the same too

Tigersmom - you're right - Tile should be sealed ...but once sealed - it normally is very easy to keep clean. And thank you ....It makes me sad seeing the things he used to be able to do....now he can hardly walk across the floor let alone design one...

Not sure of what it is called. You couldn't resurface. I would think it wouldn't
wear out for a long time. should last 15 to 20 yrs. But for the price could replace it when you are tired of pattern. And removal would be a peice of cake, just roll it up and take it out. No glue to hold it down. The manufacture suggest not to glue it.. It is really tuff.
