| Sometimes a good price isn't the best route to take. I hope Parker will get through this and be o.k. |

| I'd be in jail right now for assault if it was me. You should of decked that woman and her helper. I took my Maxie (RIP) to a vet like that once. She was like he's just a spoiled dog you gotta show him whose boss. I was like no you don't. I got him to be a spoiled lap dog. I was ticked. She was so rough with him, that I refused to have her work on him again. I always made sure his appointments were with the other vet there. He was so gentle and good with Max. I'm so sorry for Parker. I hope you file a complaint and someone actually does something about it.

| I feel so bad for you and your baby. I never could have stood there yelling at her, i would have grabbed my baby and left. that is unbelievable that she frightened him so bad that he messed himself. That poor poor baby. I'm sure there must be some state veterinary board that licences them. I would start there with my complaints. I hope your vet can stear you in the right direction. That is absolutely unbelievable. That woman has no business caring for animals if she has no more patience than that. |

| What a terrible story. I also once went to a vet like that when Diezel had to get his stitches removed after he was neutored and all I saw was the vet lift his back leg as if he was a 50lb dog and I flipped. I didnt even let him take the stitches out I grabbed Diezel, walked out of the room and told the receptionist I would like another appointment the following day and it was NOT to be with the Vet that was there that day . There was no need for him to tug on my baby like a ragdoll because had he done it again there would have been a scene. I think some Vets get to a point where they are comfortable with the animals but Im sorry I do not agree that any aggression should be used when handeling any animals especially our tiny ones. I might be getting a little angry right now. I hope that you work this out and report them. Best of Luck! |

| It might not be a bad idea when you take Parker to his vet to have him checked and/or tested. You just don't know what he could have gotten from that "vet". I am very fortunate to have a compassionate vet who cares. I would think that Canada would have a Veterinary Board that you could lodge a complaint against her. I would have been very tempted to have shown her how it felt to have the skin of your neck twisted and pinched and asked her how she liked it. Wonder how she would have reacted to the same treatment? Unfortunately, our babies are animals and their natural instinct when being hurt is to strike out at whatever is hurting them. DUH!! And I am not a vet. Hope all goes well with his checkup and the chip was inserted correctly. You might talk to whoever puts on those clinics and explain the problems with the vet and maybe they will not have her come back. If she did it to your baby, she will undoubtedly do it to others. |

| Im so sorry about what happened to you and your sweet baby. Why did you stand for your sweetie to be treated like that? This will leave a lasting impression on him. Yeah I know I am gonna hear c--p about this, But as animal owners: We are responsible for what people do to our babies, Why oh why did you let her go that far with him??? Poor thing!! pinch and muzzle my dog????? NOT IN THIS LIFETIME!!! And you really should file a complaint against this vet, she has no business taking care of animals. I would even think about going as far as calling my local tv station, and writing an article in the local newspaper... Just my opnion.... |

| Hi Parkersmum. So sorry this happened to you a poor little Parker. Some Vets can be real jerks. Here is the site link to the Canadian Veterinary Association. http://canadianveterinarians.net/index.aspx I would report him and the clinic. Good luck and keep us posted
