What a terrible story. I also once went to a vet like that when Diezel had to get his stitches removed after he was neutored and all I saw was the vet lift his back leg as if he was a 50lb dog and I flipped. I didnt even let him take the stitches out I grabbed Diezel, walked out of the room and told the receptionist I would like another appointment the following day and it was NOT to be with the Vet that was there that day . There was no need for him to tug on my baby like a ragdoll because had he done it again there would have been a scene. I think some Vets get to a point where they are comfortable with the animals but Im sorry I do not agree that any aggression should be used when handeling any animals especially our tiny ones.

I might be getting a little angry right now. I hope that you work this out and report them. Best of Luck!
