| As I posted before. You should demand your deposit back. "Not refundable" would be if you were the one to change mind on the puppy! Could it be a scam??? |

| I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | OMG!!! First of all, those poor babies that passed away Secondly, TAKE HER BUTT TO COURT!!! OMG, that is just CRAZY that she doesn't want to refund your deposit because of HIGH VET BILLS??? Well sorry, but thats part of being a BREEDER!!! If you can't afford to care for the pups when they are ill and have to be hospitalized, then you have no business breeding! You never had the puppy in your possession, and you didn't change your mind about whether or not you wanted to buy the puppy...the poor little guy just died for pete's sake, that is something that was out of your control. If the pup that YOU WANTED passed away, then it is your right to say that you do not want to wait for the December litter and that you want your refund back. Simple as that. And whatever you do, stay on top of this and don't let her get away with ripping you off!! And keep those e-mails!!!

| I'd like to see the wording on her website, but if you put a deposit down on a puppy, she owes you a puppy. If your puppy passed away, then your name should move to the top of the waiting list. I would take her to small claims court because she is being very unfair. Do you know for a fact whether she actually had this puppy in the first place? It might be a scam. I would ask her for the name of the vet. |

Hmmmmmmmmmm could smell like a scam alright. I do not take deposits as I seldom have anything for sale anyway and don't know when I could sell a prospective buyer a puppy. If a situation arises that I do take a deposit, I always will refund it even if the buyer backs out. I don't want my puppy going to someone that changed their mind anyway so have no reason not to return the deposit. If I have Vet bills or other money trouble, that's my problem not the problem of the buyer of my puppy. | |

| Is this her website, if so it say this. http://www.heavenlyterriers.com/contact.html Due to a high demand for our puppies, we now require a $ 500 deposit in order to reserve a dog in an upcoming litter. If for any reason you are not able to accept a dog once one is available the deposit is non-refundable. |
