Secondly, TAKE HER BUTT TO COURT!!! OMG, that is just CRAZY that she doesn't want to refund your deposit because of HIGH VET BILLS??? Well sorry, but thats part of being a BREEDER!!! If you can't afford to care for the pups when they are ill and have to be hospitalized, then you have no business breeding! You never had the puppy in your possession, and you didn't change your mind about whether or not you wanted to buy the puppy...the poor little guy just died for pete's sake, that is something that was out of your control. If the pup that YOU WANTED passed away, then it is your right to say that you do not want to wait for the December litter and that you want your refund back. Simple as that. And whatever you do, stay on top of this and don't let her get away with ripping you off!! And keep those e-mails!!!
