| Did anyone see the sheep in the newspaper a year or two ago. This particular sheep got loose and live in the wild for a year or two. When it was found - it weighed some God awful amount - 300 pounds or so. If you saw the picture - you wouldn't have recognized it to be a sheep. It was given a new haircut - and a new home - and was none the worse. However, prior to being given this care, it was certainly a miserable little (big) guy out in the wild. Carol Jean |

| this reminds me of the neighbor's across the street. They have a small-probably 5 lb male poodle. It gets out of the yard alot. I found him infront of my house the other day and picked him up to ask my other neighbor which yard exactly was his. I noticed that he was VERY matted and dirty. I took him into the house for a sec so I could get my coat and he peed on my floor, so I'm pretty sure he's not fixed and not housebroken. I think he spends his whole life outside, but I can't tell because they have such a high, wooden fence. I know he's in the yard alot, even when they leave because when I knocked on the door they wouldn't answer. My other neighbor even agreed that he needs to be groomed. I put him in the gate and shut it. I haven't seen them yet to tell them to groom their dog. But if they don't, is it against the law? It's not nearly as bad as the s**tzu, but I can tell he will need to be shaved. I feel kind of bad that he has to run around like that. |

| We just had a case in Jacksonville, a pastor of a church was caught throwing puppies out of his truck. The police came and arrested him. He told them he didn't need them anymore. When they went to the guys house they found the momma dog and others underweight and sick. They say that the pups are so sick that the might not be able to be adopted out. People make me so made when they just think "o it's an animal it's a thing". But look at the dog that wouldn't move from where it's friends were being kept, he knew they needed help "things" don't do stuff like that.

| I have never been able to understand how anyone could mistreat any animal, it makes me sick when I hear about this happening.
