We just had a case in Jacksonville, a pastor of a church was caught throwing puppies out of his truck. The police came and arrested him. He told them he didn't need them anymore. When they went to the guys house they found the momma dog and others underweight and sick. They say that the pups are so sick that the might not be able to be adopted out. People make me so made when they just think "o it's an animal it's a thing". But look at the dog that wouldn't move from where it's friends were being kept, he knew they needed help "things" don't do stuff like that.
