Anyone ever buy from an Amish breeder?

When I was at the Buckeye Auction in Berlin, Ohio ( read otehr threads and it explains why I was there in the first place ) there was people upstairs on the main floor before you go downstairs to the auction and they had flyers going around that they would list your pups on the internet for a fee..........

I also buy things from the Amish and some of them are very nice, but I DO NOT agree with these auctions and with the Amish who raises dogs and treats them horrible.

I see. I hope no one takes my posts the wrong way. There are just too many threads on YT about bad breeders/scam lately and I ended up questioning everything. I have learned recently that you can't be too careful these days.

I am in Colorado and have never met any Amish so everything I know about them was from TV. As of Amish-run puppy mills, I wasn't aware of any until this thread got started. Anyway, the question was raise by lack of knowledge of the Amish way of life on my part and nothing else. I wish I knew more about it so the stupid question of mine woundn't got posted.

I dont think I did and you did not have to write in caps it deplicts yelling which is rude. I dont think anyone slandered the Amish only said a majority are puppymills which was correct.
