| I just checked mine and they all have the O ring. Although mine seem to lay down well.

| All of Kaji's have the O ring too. I never had a problem with getting it to lay flat for naps and whatnot.

If you order from Chewy they have them...and you could try one because they are great about returns if you are not happy with how it fits. I just got the Puppia Vivien from Chewy.. so pretty and right up Callie's alley colorwise! PINK. Chewy didn't have a photo of it on a pup so sharing the link below because you can see where the harness sits... https://www.baxterboo.com/p.cfm/dott...esspuppia-pink

| Jackson pulling in his and you can see his neck is where his collar is (obviously lol) so the harness is no where near the neck. https://www.facebook.com/actionjacks...type=3&theater

| Also, see how in this photo: https://www.facebook.com/actionjacks...type=3&theater his shoulders have free range of motion... one reason I am not a huge fan of step in's is how often they are on the shoulder blade and do not allow their shoulders to move freely. | Prince Charming's harness never pulled up to his neck. I looked like a guide dog harness except there was no handle. The leash snapped to the belly strap on his back. It never shifted in any direction. I still feel blessed to have even found anything that would fit his tiny size. Both of his vets wanted him to gain an extra 1/2 pound but he never did. He was a 3-pound dog and there is where he stayed. Was nothing but skin & bones his entire life. Had food 24/7/365. I even had a plate of his dry food sitting on the bed at the foot so he could eat at his desire and still nothing. |
