| Thanks for caring. Yes, the country was soaked for 2 days day and night, we got more rain in 2 days than what was expected for the whole month, and it is our rainiest month! Lots of mudslides, destroyed bridges and sadly 10 casualties. |

| Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your mom...I believe little Ott' came into your life and at this time, for a reason--you're not alone in your grief--and in fact, miraculously, your little guy can make you smile in the midst of tears. May God bless you and yours. |

| Since my wife is doing some work at her sisters house this month, it has been a great opportunity for Otto to visit his brother and stepsister every other day! Kind like summer camp, all play all day, lots of food and he arrives home exhausted and ready to sleep all night long. Here a snapshot with his stepsister Sammy, aka Tita. |

| What a little cutie Sammy is, the looks on both faces show they were having a lot of fun. Too cute.

| Otto has now been with our family 3 complete months!!!! It seems like ages!!!! We ponder if he already thinks this is his forever home, he seems happy but he was elsewhere for more than a year! We are getting his papers and transfer of ownership soon. Remember we adopted him and after 3 months we are sure he is a keeper and the breeder is content with our trial period, we have been sending her daily updates since we got him. Of course we knew he was our new family member since emmm he went into our car... Heres todays celebration pic! |

| Welcome! I laughed reading your list. I was exactly the same way with my first dog Shaina. She was a chihuahua mix and I rushed home every evening after work to be with her. Now I have Pippin who is so different than Shaina and so smart and funny and loves every person and dog she comes to. Her little tail goes so fast her behind shakes with it. I am in love with this dog too. Enjoy your little Otto.

| Otto is officially ours!! We got the papers for transfer. He visited the breeder who he knows very well and loves. Last time (when he had just a couple of weeks with us) he got sad and depressed when she left. The blues lasted for 2 days. This time around he got uberly excited when he saw her, jumping up and down and giving her kisses. However this time around when it was time to leave he showed us the door and off we went. So officially we know we won his heart and he knows that we are his forever parents!!!!! He has been more sociable around people too, he doesnt bark at running kids anymore and likes to be pet by strangers. He also likes to play with female dogs. Male dogs are still an issue, he basically wants to kill any bigger dogs, I am pretty sure he thinks he is a german shephard. The only male dog he loves to play with is his brother Tito. Any tips or links to help him socialize with all dogs are appreciatted. Have a nice weekend everybody! Last edited by Garoto1973; 11-04-2017 at 09:28 AM. |
